  Our roof started to leak around one of the vents and was 1 year outside of warranty. Roof worx said that it did not fall under warranty and they would charge $370 for someone to just come and look at it. What a joke that their work only …

  We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important details for anyone reading this review. The roof in question was approximately 15 months outside of our workmanship warranty at the time you contacted us. Once a roof is beyond the warranty period, any inspection or diagnostic visit requires a service fee to cover the cost of dispatching a qualified technician to safely access the roof and determine the source of the issue. The quoted fee was not simply to “look at the roof,” but to properly inspect the affected areas, assess the vent penetration, and determine whether the leak was related to age, normal wear, or another external factor. We understand that leaks are frustrating and disruptive, and we always aim to be transparent about warranty coverage and service costs upfront. Many of the roofs we install perform well for decades, and isolated issues years later do not reflect the overall quality of the original installation. We remain open to a direct conversation and would be happy to discuss options if you’d like us to evaluate the issue.

  Their website says they doing roofing repairs. I called to see about repairing a leak in my roof and was told tersely that they are not doing roof repairs currently. The company should probably update their website.

  Hi Michael, Yes Roof Worx does residential roof repairs but currently we are not accepting new repairs because we are out of capacity. We are a small business and try to help everyone but have learned we are better telling people up front that we do not have the capacity at the moment then put them on a list. When you called, our office staff were busy and you got routed to our answering service who forwarded your info to us. The answering service does there best to give the client relevant information. Customer service is very important to us and we try to always have a live person to talk so you do not have to leave a message. So instead of sending your call straight to voice mail, we forward your to a live person that can take your information and answer some questions. Sorry that this is unacceptable to you but we do try our best to help everyone.

  UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONESTY!!! Barry told me that he would be at my home at 2pm for an estimate. He called at 2:30pm telling me that he would be 30 minutes late and then just never showed up. I even took the whole day off for the appointment. I called the manager and he told me that Barry will show up the next day. He was there for exactly 5 minutes, hastily looking at the roof (caught on camera) and told me that the roof is not qualified for a hail damage claim. The following week, a Statefarm adjuster assessed the roof, and approved a $32k for a roof replacement due to heavy hail damage, along with the gutters. I went ahead and chose another roofing contractor as Barry is very dishonest and basically lied to me. There are so many other better roofing company. These guys just wanted to jump from one job to another the fastest they can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !

  Sorry Barry was late for your free inspection. Barry did inspect your roof and in his opinion did not feel your roof had enough damage at that time for an insurance claim. That is not dishonest but his assessment of the roof. It would have been dishonest if he got on your roof and said there was damage when there was not damage. As you know, this has been a very active storm season with additional storms in your area after Barry's inspection. These new storms could have had additional effects on the condition of your roof. Barry's only excuse is that he overbooked himself because of all the storms have occurred. Barry never lied to you and gave his professional opinion of the status of your roof at that time.

  I enjoyed their thorough walk-through, the sales process, the initial communication and speed of install. However, our roof failed inspection and it took several months to get it scheduled for a re-inspection. I had a solar company itching to get their install done before the new year so we could get the full gov’t rebate, so it was a little pressing to get the inspection done. When the inspector finally showed up, Roof Worx had put the ladder on the wrong house, so the inspection had to get re-scheduled for after the new year, meaning we had to eat almost $1500 in rebates for the solar panels. When they finally got the ladder on the right house for the inspector, the roof passed inspection, but nobody came to pick up the ladders for 3 days. The solar company had to move the ladders out of their way, and when Roof Works finally came to pick up the ladders, they just threw the inspection receipt and sign-off papers that were attached to one of the ladders in the middle of our yard. Not sure what happened, but we were not very pleased with the whole process. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much if we hadn’t had to swallow so much of the solar rebate money. I could do a lot with $1500.

  We are sorry to hear about the experience you had pertaining to your final roof inspection. Sometimes weather and unexpected events can delay these inspections but we do our best to schedule all inspections as soon as possible and we were told we could do the inspection early January by you when we spoke in December. We apologize if a deadline was missed for a credit as we were not aware of this since it was a remove and reset solar panel system. Again, our sincerest apologies and we are happy the roof inspection did pass.

  Sorry you are not happy with the gutter installation. Your reported leak of the gutters was actually not the gutters but due to missing drip edge on the roof. Roof Worx installed drip edge at our cost. If there is something else Roof Worx can do please call us.

  Not a customer but their drivers are aggressive and that alone is enough to keep me from using their service. Have a photo of one of their vans that drove through a portion of a closed police lane just so he could find a better spot to merge. That's disrespectful to other drivers as well as the police who's life he put in danger. Incident occurred on I25 North at 6:25 p.m. today.

  Won't do insulation unless they can do the entire roofing system. Shouldn't be advertising as an insulation contractor if you won't do that work.

  I called RoofWorx when I noticed a drip from a bathroom fan in a recent rain storm. Victor and Conner were at my house within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and got it fixed right away. Fast Friendly service.

  Very happy with my recent roof replacement. Roof Worx is the company that replaced my roof. Their crew is very friendly, and they work fast and do an excellent job! Victor was the Project Manager and he is just awesome! He responds fast to my calls and text messages.

  Roof Worx was fantastic. Victor was back to me quickly when we noticed an issue with our skylight creating a leak. He made the inspection next day and had our solution quickly. A new skylight was installed and a roof problem was alleviated as well within 2 weeks. Great service and attention to detail.
