  Who ever was driving this truck today on El campo road Cut me off, flashed his lights and honked right before an intersection, I wasn’t even going slow or anything to warrant that response. I don’t know what his problem was. If this is how the workers are on the road god only knows how they act on a job Edit: sorry for going the speed limit, you’re probably going through a divorce but that doesn’t mean to act like a bmw driver on the road with a company car

  Hi William , I apologize for for your experience. This has been a crazy and extremely busy time during this covid mess. We did spend much time going over options and explaining why certain products would not be appropriate in my opinion.   I had my roof done by Sully-Jones, I had not had this bad of a experience before. Job was done with the cheapest quality material . Their warranty is just a trap. they dont cover any damage due to the leakage which is totally nu-acceptable. My roof was done on 2007 with 15 years of warranty.The sealing started leaking when i called them for the warranty the only offered me a patch repair, which is mostly a temporary until the warranty is expires. I totally DONT recommend this company

  First off, Sully-Jones would like to apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. For the past 65 years Sully-Jones has and continues to look at all constructive feedback and when possible, used that to better our company. We have a customer first mentality, and because of that, we have numerous customers that keep coming back to us over and over because of the culture we have developed here. Sully Jones Roofing contracted with the original homeowner to install a new roof on the flat portion of the home, and the roof was completed on January 27, 2007. The hot asphalt roofing system installed has a life expectancy of 15 years and is covered by a 15-year leak warranty by Sully-Jones Roofing. The home was sold to Amir in 2016 and at that time the roof leak warranty was transferred over to Amir. On May 8, 2017, Amir called our office to report a roof leak. Normally a repair crew would have been dispatched immediately; however per email dated May 9, 2017, Amir would not allow anyone on the roof until his insurance company inspects it. On May 11, 2017, Amir sent an email stating that his insurance company has inspected the damage and that we can now schedule the roof repair. On May 18, 2017, our repair crew completed the roof repairs and all repair costs were covered under the Sully-Jones leak warranty. Amir was upset that the interior damage to the ceiling was not covered under our leak warranty that was part of the contract signed and agreed upon by the previous homeowner. Fortunately, the cost of the roof repair was covered under the Sully-Jones warranty. Most other companies have shorter warranties and only apply to the original buyer of the roof.

  Estimator showed up exactly when they said he would. Super courteous. But here's the kicker - he spotted the leak in our concrete tile roof and fixed it immediately. No need for a second call from a technician. Added roofing mastic to a spot where extreme wind had forced enough water to ruin a ceiling. Very few companies can compare to these guys

  I was referred to Sully-Jones by a friend who used their services on a 60+ unit apartment complex. I received three proposals for my apartment reroof project and Ronnie of Sully-Jones gave the best quote. The foreman, Alfredo, and his crew were very professional, responsible, and hard working. The employees and company are good, kind, and honest. I am glad I found Sully-Jones.

  We are looking at installing solar so we needed to have our roof inspected and check to see if we need it to be replaced. They were on time and very professional. We had the roof repaired ten years ago and wondered if we needed to replace the tiles. They inspected the roof and told us everything still looks great! No need to replace anything so even though we aren't using them to redo our roof we definitely will recommend them and use them in the future!

  I called Sully Jones for a bid on replacing my leaking 28 year old roof. Within 2 hours their rep (Ed Moon) was on my roof doing a thorough inspection/evaluation. While doing so he recognized the source of the current leak. Knowing it was supposed to rain for the next 5 days he made a quick repair to buy me some time while deciding whether to make more extensive repairs or replacing the whole roof. Ed took the time to fully explain all the options in detail so I could be fully informed. The other 4 companies I called were only interested in selling a new roof and didn’t care about the current leak or even bother going on the roof prior to making their bids.
