I have been waiting on an estimate from Sullivan and Fortner, since April 15, 2025. I needed an estimate on roof, facia, and soffit. I have texted and emailed, but no response.

Karen, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience the delay caused you. We completely understand how disappointing it is to be waiting without clear communication, and that is never the experience we want anyone to have with Sullivan & Fortner Roofing. At the time, we were overwhelmed with an unusually high volume of requests and were also dealing with unexpected software issues, which unfortunately impacted our response time. While this explains the delay, it does not excuse it—and for that, we are truly sorry. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to still provide your estimate, and we wish you the very best with your project moving forward.

Not the same quality company as before. Does a poor job in following up with issues and doubts the customers feedback.

My Home needed its 2000 build shingles replaced. I saw Sullivan & Fortner do a neighbors roof so contacted them and several other companies for bids. Miquel arranged to meet with me and we had a very relaxed no pressure conversation which was nice compared to some of the franchised people I met. His quote was excellent and I felt a lot of trust in going with them. Crew was very careful, did a great job of cleaning up after the tear off of the old, and finished the job quickly. There employees work hard and just an overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

I've hired Sullivan & Fortner for two different projects, and they did excellent work at a fair price each time. Tom and everyone at S&F are great.

If you need a good new roof at a very competitive price call Sullivan & Fortner Roofing. Their estimator, Tom Boots, will let you know exactly what you need without trying to sell you anything you don’t want or need. They installed our new roof last week and it looks better than ever. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM and finished at 7:15 PM leaving us a beautiful new roof and a clean yard. A few days later, we received a follow up visit to ensure that we were happy and all of our expectations were met. Sullivan & Fortner has been around for decades, and I trust that they will be around for decades more if we need any service.

Sullivan and Forter replaced our roof, siding and guttering about 10 years ago. They were on-time, very professional, friendly, and did a stellar job then. To my amazement they even showed up and worked on Saturdays, which is a rarity these days. Recently, we had a tree that had encroached on the peak of our roof and damaged some shingles and drip-edge. Tom came out, assessed the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote for repair. After accepting the quote, Esteban came out in short order and repaired the damaged area very quickly. Again, he was very friendly, knew his craft well, cleaned up the jobsite post-work and listened to and addressed the questions I had in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others needing roof replacement or repairs. All in all, a very pleasant experience working with them. Hats off to the entire team. We will use them again.

They showed up on time with a large crew and worked sunup to sundown. My very large steep roof was completed in two days. Cleanup was excellent. Their attention to all of the details was superb. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Excellent work!

We used Sullivan and Fortner on the recommendation of a friend. They rebuilt the chimney, replaced the roof and the gutters. We are very pleased with the work. They were prompt to provide a quote, provided good communication on when the work would be done, and oversight of the crews doing the work. Happy to have chosen them for this.
