  Very good at replacing my roof a few years ago. But when I called about replacing a couple pieces of trim on my house the guy I was talking to immediately said it was an automatic 400 dollar plus minimum charge. And when I said 400 dollars and that I would just first check with some local contractors even though I had a roof installation from you guys, he just gave out an annoying laugh!!!! That was very unprofessional and inappropriate in my opinion!!!!!

  I had to argue with the sales person to have my roof repaired because I didn’t want to finance a whole roof. I don’t appreciate that when I tell a sales person what I want they don’t listen and continue to try to upsell me. A year later, I had my roof inspected by another company and they said “this is terrible work even for Bone Dry”. He flipped up shingles in the “repaired” section that were not properly installed and showed where there could be water infiltration. Thayer’s will be fixing the issue and putting a roof on my other property.

  The people I worked with were friendly but that’s about all I have good to say. The pricing was a little high compared to some other quotes I got, which I assumed was due to higher quality materials used. I can’t really speak to the quality of the roofing, but there were some details that shouldn’t have been missed. 1. I had to go around with a magnet roller and pick up numerous nails that were not picked up. 2. In addition to the nails left in the grass, they also left nails wedged between the facia and the gutters all along the back and a few out front. 3. When I had the quote done I asked about if my front gutter was too low since it looked like there wasn’t enough overlap with the old drip edge. I was told I would be contacted if that was an issue, but I was not. The new drip edge leaves a huge gap above the gutter, which leaves space for water to go where it shouldn’t. Overall I can’t say I can recommend since these important details were overlooked and never brought to my attention.

  Horrible work and unprofessional. It’s been a 2 year nightmare and still not fixed. The new roof is great besides the container we filled with the leftover nails but we also hired them to put up all new siding. BIG MISTAKE. They have been out multiple times and we still have issues and siding is not fixed. This has been the worst experience and no we are not satisfied until the siding gets fixed and done right.

  Don’t know why it took over 2 months to come and do my roof, the weather hasn’t been that bad! Any collateral damage they cause to your home won’t be fixed by them

  Blown in insulation into our attic to bring the insulation up to R60. The team did a great job. They effectively and cleaned up behind themselves.

  We contracted Bone Dry to do a full replace on a large outbuilding. The quote process was very simple and easy to schedule. They were accommodating on coming later in the day when requested. Our sales rep was Donnie Wright who was very friendly, thorough and best of all, not pushy. Scheduling was right on with their original five week estimate. The only drawback to the whole experience was scheduling via text due to some misunderstandings so I would recommend doing that via phone. The entire job was completed in just about two hours. The supervisor onsite, Jonathan Chase, kept us extremely up to date with pictures as the job was being completed and ensured the site was very clean and free of debris before they left. Overall, we were very happy to work with Bone Dry and wish we would have worked with them for our prior home roof repair two years ago.

  It was a pleasure working with the Bone Dry Roofing company. Our roof was done in one day and very professionally. The guys were all really attentive to not damaging our house, windows or our property. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing. We love our new roof. They also fully insulated our attic spaces.

  My roof was installed by a very professional crew. All the work and cleanup was done to my satisfaction. They installed more ridge vents that were need, replaced 7 sheets of plywood that were bad and blew in more attic insulation. I highly recommend Bone Dry Lafayette In.

  My experience with Bone Dry out of Lafayette Indiana was a good one. The estimate portion went smoothly, the scheduling of the project was easy and the guys that were sent to complete the install were great! I just had a bit of an issue with the payment app. It was a learning curve, but I got thru it without incident.

  Overall we are happy with the job they did. Wes and his Gutter Division Crew were amazing and did an excellent job repairing our warped and broken front gutter as well as the gutter board behind it. It looks and works so much better now. I gave less than 5 stars because we had a bit of trouble with the scheduling process. It took over a month from the time they came and took off the old gutter to the time they were able to return and repair the gutter board and install the new gutter on the front of the house. We had quite a few text messages back and forth trying to figure out when the new gutter would be installed. Some of the delay was due to Rick, the gutter manager, being on vacation for part of that time, and I'm sure some of the delay was weather-related because of how hot it was for a couple of weeks in between. But once we got it figured out and scheduled, Wes and his crew did an excellent job -- the repair and new gutter look great, and they did a great job cleaning up after they were done.
