  Where do I even start..When they first came to offer their services they made it seem very nice..they could help get new windows and new color siding..they would help us fight insurance. There was no fight on their end no new windows and I had to pay out of pocket for one side of siding do not believe them. Communication was horrible I was always reaching out first...roofing delay and gutter delays. I was with out downspouts for 2 weeks and we got the heaviest rain ever those days.Material was left on our grass for over 2 weeks killing our grass and not even a sorry was received. I called in to the main office 2 times to express my concerns left voicemails and till this day I have yet to get a call back. I dont want to imagine how it will be if I need to get ahold of then for warranty purposes. I could go on but I think you get the idea stay away!

  Josh got our insurance to approve a new roof after the first adjuster said we didn’t need one. Super easy to work with! Edit: just over a year later and we have 2 water marks from our brand new roof leaking.

  Keegan, your review is incredibly inaccurate. After you verbally abused our staff and threatened our office manager, we respectfully chose not to do business with you as we have a zero tolerance policy toward those who are disrespectful to anyone in our company. Best of luck finding a contractor to do your work.

  Fantastic Roof Replacement Experience Options Exteriors did a great job replacing our roof. A huge benefit was their assistance with the insurance payment process—they handled the complexities and made sure we got the payment we deserved. Kyle Bader was incredibly helpful every step of the way, providing clear communication and support. The work was completed in one day and the roof looks excellent. Highly recommend this company!

  I reached out to Austin about some siding repairs that we needed from some wind damage. He was prompt in communicating and did a great job on my house. I highly recommend Austin if you need some siding work done!

  Our rep was Dylan Clark. He was SO HELPFUL with our new roof project, due to a horrible hail & wind storm. He's a very nice guy who's a great communicator and stayed on top of everything. Would definitely recommend Options Exteriors with Dylan as your rep!

  On 4 March we had a hail storm at our home in Bettendorf. We really didn’t know if we had damage. Numerous companies stopped buy. Only one did we feel comfortable dealing with. Logan Peterson of Option Exteriors. Logan identified roof damage and possible siding damage. He sat with me when I called the insurance adjusters to make certain all questions could be answered. As a result of Logan’s expertise are insurance cover a new roof, siding, gutters and soffits. Doing the work Logan was there everyday to make certain the work was done correctly. Options crews were very professional and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Option Exteriors and in particular Logan Peterson for any roofing or siding needs. Bob Thomasson

  Dylan and the Options team were excellent. They were able to work with our insurance to get our whole roof replaced. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair price and the roofing crew were in and out in less than 5 hours.
