I tried to contact them about a few repairs and I was never contacted back about my inquiries. Apparently my needs aren't valuable enough to them. I see based on other reviews they have a pattern of this. That's okay, there are plenty of contractors in town. I will not contact them again.

I wish I could say, as a local business, that I support Robison. They replaced our roof and gutters, or should I say they subcontracted them out to crews from Oklahoma and Texas that were not adequately supervised and were always in a hurry, so quality workmanship was non-existent. We're now waiting on our 5th crew return to get the job done and shortcomings (some grossly obvious) fixed. I don't have enough time to describe the workmanship issues. Crews didn't show up when we were told they would, causing us to have to cancel a vacation. Then they showed up when we had other things planned, and wondered why they rang and rang our doorbell but no one answered. Downspouts were installed off-center. Shingles were damaged and ice dam improperly installed. The gutter crew put in hangars wrong (two are still unattached), and dropped a facia cover 3" on one end and left it that way. Calls are not returned even though many messages have been left. Everyone there appears stressed out. I just want to get everything done and wrapped up and not head into winter with things remaining. I cannot recommend their manner of doing business post-derecho. Followup calls can be planned, and not leave customers hanging for months awaiting repairs. Very disappointed.

Tyler handled working through my initial assessment, roof options, coordinating with my solar panel company as well as insurance. Everything turned out great, would go with them again in the future.
