  Been waiting 3 years now for them to fix an extremely obvious mistake they made on our roof (which also is literal proof that they nobody bothered to inspect the job when it was done), every time I contact them they act like it's the first they're hearing of it then continue to do nothing about it.

When there is a leak because of the roofing workmanship, we honor our warranty to our customers on closed invoices. We have not received any calls after the most recent storms about any workmanship issues.   Called multiple times and was always told that I would get a call tomorrow with a quote. The last time I called the guy on the phone said he remembered me and that he is sorry they still hadn't been out after a week from the last call and that he will be out tomorrow. Tomorrow never came and now I am looking elsewhere.

  These guys are great! Super fast response time, they had my quote within a few hours based off my square footage. Excellent guys to do business with. These guys were great to start out with as far as the sales reps go. After the roof was completed I found out the drip edge was never finished and they didn't install a boot on one of the pipes gong to the roof which caused it to leak almost immediately. When I tried getting a hold of them they said they would send someone out but never did and hung up on me every time I tried calling them back after. IF you do use this company do NOT pay the bill until EVERYTHING is perfect or else you will not see them again.

  Joey Streicher and his team did a great job for us after we had hail damage on our roof. Joey dealt with the annoying insurance company for me and got us put on the schedule to do the repairs as soon as possible. The crew showed up a little before 6:00am and the roof was finished and everything cleaned up by 2:00pm. Roof looks great and my experience with these guys was top notch! Highly recommend!

  Great experience with Perfect Pitch Roofing!! Our contractor Connor was very helpful in explaining everything about our claim for hail damage and we are very pleased with how his crew did all the work and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend giving them a call if you need a new roof.

  This is the second time we have used Perfect Pitch and both times it has been a very positive experience. We most recently needed 2 Skylights removed and Aaron did an amazing job! He was very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner!

  Was very frustrated trying to deal with my insurance to get my roof replaced after these recent hailstorms that we got hit with. Got Aaron’s number from a friend and it’s been way more manageable since. Highly recommend using Perfect Pitch and when you do ask for Aaron.

  We needed a full roof replacement after some storm damage. The Project Manager, Eddie Orabona, made the whole process smooth and painless! Everything was explained and made clear to us from the very beginning, and despite being overwhelmed with requests after the storms that came through, Eddie was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. His team showed up as scheduled and did great work, they even stopped back the following day to ensure they hadn’t missed anything during the clean up process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs! Edit - We recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron. Aaron stopped by on the same day we called to inspect our issue and run through our options with us, and was even able to fix the issue on the same day! 5 years later and we still recommend Perfect Pitch!
