  Very rude. Caught lieing. Roof leaks after being replaced. Still leaks to this day.. damaged siding and gutter gaurds.

  Lieing? Jordan still after 7 years can't get over the fact that the building inspector sided with us and not him regarding his roof was done properly. Let it go

  We hired 5 Star Home Improvement to replace our roof and fix some fascia after tornado damage. We had great communication and they fixed our roof right away. We were told the fascia would be fixed after the roof was completed. We’ve spent the last 2 months sending multiple emails, texts, and phone calls with little or no response. We’ve been told someone will give us a quote and then they never responded again. Very disappointed because we had a good experience replacing the roof.

  Called and scheduled an appointment to quote roof/siding damage. Sent company a reminder text to verify time slot. Called 30 minutes past scheduled time. Was told a tech was going to call back and that didn’t happen. Poor communication. Worse customer service. Not a good way to do business.

  Needed a repair done on my roof after a storm. Five Star showed up. I could tell the person didn't think the job was big enough right out of the gates. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Called back and was told I got moved to a Project Manager. Promised to be called back multiple times. After the 10th call back, the PM finally called me back to tell me they didn't have time to help. 3-4 weeks of wasted time. Don't let them waste your time. Find someone who wants to help.

  I’m sure someone in the office had good intentions to help you. Unfortunately we are busy with lots of bigger projects. Typically these types of small repairs cost money with lost time. Sorry we could t help.

  My roof was done by Them in April 22,2020. after the derecho. I called them Was told I was on the list for repairs. This company has been full of nothing but excuse. and no shows. My last phone call to them I was told they aren't even doing repairs None of the promises they made have been held to. Id think twice. Before using them!!

  We had our roof repaired two weeks before derecho. I had been trying to email our service rep for weeks to have someone come look at our roof. I called the office a week ago the girl I spoke to acted like she didn’t know anything and gave me a Justin’s number and said he was the best person to talk to. I called him and he was rude, seemed like I was bothering him, didn’t give me any response and told me to text him my name and address and someone would be out Monday. Well it is now Friday again and no one has come out, no one has called and this “Justin” never responded to my texts. We will not be using Five Star for the rest of our remodeling needs. We’ve repeatedly asked for siding quotes, for someone to pick up extra materials and assistance with our roof post derecho and have basically gotten ghosted. I’ve said repeatedly that I understand they are extremely busy and have been patient but it’s been ridiculous. It’s one thing to keep in contact and apologize for delays but to never respond is just horrible customer service. DO NOT USE this company because in the scenario that you need to contact them again, good luck. Zero stars if I could leave it

  Chelsy, There were thousands and thousands of homeowners that had their roofs ripped off from this storm. As you can imagine we were doing our best to help these homeowners to make their houses habitable again. So I apologize that it took a little bit for us to get out to look your roof over. Andrea picked up the leftover materials when she looked over your roof to verify there was no damage from the Derecho. As far as siding, we are not taking any orders or giving estimates at this time. We have all our resources focused on roofing right now. Siding materials are largely unavailable at this time so we won't be giving estimates until next year when we know the pricing and availability of materials.

  Bought new roof, told them to replace portion of water damage plywood on garage and they failed to replace it before installing new roof. When I contacted them to resolve they told me "it's just mold, spray it with bleach and it will go away" Now after the derecho, I called them to repair a portion of the shingles & gutters damaged in the storm. They send the same representative to my house as I had 2 years ago, he inspects the problem and "will call me soon". I have had no call back in 2 weeks.
