  They ghosted me. Tried to get a hole repaired in my roof, called them, didn’t hear from anyone for a week. Then someone randomly texted me from there asking when they could come by, I said anytime and then that was it, no response. Meanwhile I still had the hole that needed to be fixed.

  Extremely poor experience. Would not recommend at all. They put a roof on our home and did not do it correctly and would not come back and fix it. We have been trying for months and can barely get anyone to return a phone call let alone finish the job.

  Complete and utter disregard to my no soliciting sign on my door. 3 complete strangers knocking on my door while my wife is home alone can be intimidating right? On top of that I can hear the female that’s with them on my ring doorbell say “well there’s no law” about my no soliciting sign. Y’all might want to do a quick google search and learn some facts. I’d appreciate it if you wouldn’t ring my doorbell or knock on my door when clearly we don’t want to be bothered. I’ll be using any roofing company but this one in the future. Thanks.

  Misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company for any type of roof repair. It took an extensive amount of time to even get a quote. Once the quote was provided they refused to do the work.

  We hired Strong to replace my daughter’s roof and Josh and Anthony did an amazing job. They were very thorough and I appreciated the communication! We then called them to look at a spot on our roof and Josh and Philip had it repaired by the following day. Great service!

  Strong Roofing guys did an amazing job on my roof. From the first contact with Daylan to the project manager Braiden and then Alec with the pictures. The super stars a course are the men that worked so hard putting the shingles on and replacing bad wood on a very very hot day. Then they did a immaculate job cleaning up. All done in one day.   These guys did an excellent job installing the roof on my house! We had some water damage inside afterward, and the drywall crew came in and did a flawless job repairing everything. A special thank you to Kelvin and Justin for coming back so quickly to clean everything up and make sure everything was taken care of. You both did an outstanding job, and I truly appreciate your hard work and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family!

  These guys did an awesome job from dealing with the insurance company to the one day install including a great new roof and clean up all done before 6pm. Jeff and Alec were both great to work with. 100% recommend this company.

  We requested bids from three companies to install a new roof on our home in Clemson. Strong's representative Jeff was the only one to recognize conditions in our roof that insurance might cover. They coordinated with our insurance company to process a claim that resulted in a COMPLETE, fully paid, roof replacement.

  Landon Wright was exceptionally helpful toward getting our new roof. Chris Crocker knows everything about roofing and without hesitation did a minor repair after installation. Alec Hopkins was also very helpful. He provided us with gorgeous drone pictures of the new roof. Our roof is beautiful. I would highly recommend Strong Roofing.
