During the quoting process for gutters and skylight seal - I got business cards for the salesperson's own side business (very unprofessional). During measuring the skylight for a seal kit, he fell into it breaking it into several pieces and injuring himself. Thankfully did not fall though or get hurt bad. He went to Ace and bought a tarp to cover the skylight. Several days passed - he claimed he could not find a replacement. I gave him a replacement option - in stock and $250. More days passed - he said that this would come out of his pocket and that the skylight was old and needed to be replaced anyway = so I should pay the $1,200 it would cost to intall - and that he could not afford it - he had a family to provide for. When I said it should come out of the company's insurance, he said they would charge him for it. I was fed up and ready to replace it and take this company to court, when this guy's brother, (whom also works at this company), stepped in, bought and installed the replacement skylight almost a month later. Would I use them again? No Would I recommend them? No

I wasn't planning on replacing my roof, until another roofing company called. They showed me the damage I had from leaks but provided me an astronomical price. I did my due diligence in contacting another roofer, and that's when I met Taylor. Taylor worked around my schedule and the rain storms and even came out on a holiday. With all the leaks in my roof, it was obvious the previous roofer had not done a great job, yet Taylor was able to quote me a price that was fair. Taylor gave me the confidence that this time it would be done right. The crew showed up first thing in the morning, and didn't leave until it was all done late afternoon. It's a beautiful roof, and now I won't worry when it rains.

Highly recommend Bracken Roofing and Gutter. Both Taylor and Travis were very professional and responsive. Their crew did a great job and completed the project in one day. When they left, everything was super clean. We are very pleased.

Bracken Roofing and Gutter did an amazing on my house! I called Travis on a Monday and had a new roof in a week. He beat all of the other estimates I got and used the shingles that will give me a discount on insurance. I would highly recommend this company!

Bracken Roofing and Gutter came to clean up the leaves that were too big of a job to tackle without some help. Communication was excellent along with being very professional, quick and efficient. I highly recommend and will work with them again in the future.

As a Realtor it matters who I work with and who I refer to my clients. Taylor West, Bracken Roofing & Gutter is my go to roofer. I have worked with many in my 18 years but nobody has ever stepped up like Taylor West did to serve my …

Bracken Roofing and Gutters has a 5 star rating on the BBB for a reason. Not only have I used them to replace the roof on my first house due too hail damage through Taylor West, I built a new house last year and asked Taylor to install my new roof. These aren’t your average storm chasers that blow in and blow out as a storm does. These are professionals and the only roofing team I would choose for my properties. Call Taylor West if you want the same service I received. 5 stars really isn’t high enough.
