  **PLEASE Read**** If we were not invited out to give a estimate then why did you wait 2 weeks on that estimate. Let's set the facts straight. You called us out to give you a estimate, we called and left a message that we would be out, we came out and got the info we needed to write the estimate. Your neighbor apparently called and told you we were on your roof and you called threatening to file a complaint because we came out and got on your roof. So when someone threatens me for doing what I was asked to do in the first place, that let's me know I don't want there business because something is wrong with them. And Looking into your other reviews you ve left other businesses all 1 star reviews. It confirms what I already knew, it's not everyone else that is the problem, ITS YOU!!!!   It was very hard to get an answer to my request. I tried to reach them through different channels and many times over and they just didn't seem to be interested in getting the job, not even in taking me seriously. Very poor customer service!

  Josh was very knowledgeable of the problem I am having with my roof leaking. He explained how, why and the best solution to fix the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote to fix the problem. He is a fair and honest man. Some people would try to take advantage of the situation but I feel that he really cares about people and wants to do his best to help. He makes you feel like family.

  After recent hurricane damage, Josh and Eubanks Roofing were very prompt, respectful and professional throughout the entire process, even assisting us with the insurance process. We used them for our new roof and then also used them for tree and debris removal. They went above and beyond in all aspects and we highly recommend them!

  We contracted Eubanks roofing to do a full roof replacement on our garage. They came out a few days later and was done from start to finish in about 6 hours. The crew was very professional and thorough when it came to cleaning up everything. We were very satisfied with the quality of work that we had them come back the following week to do a full roof replacement on our house. We are 100% satisfied with the professionalism and work ethic that they stand by and would recommend them to anyone!!

  I highly recommend this company, they are the sweetest people and do such a wonderful job. Josh and Melinda are willing to help you anyway they can . I recently had some gutters installed on my home and the gentlemen that installed them were so professional. Also very polite and did a wonderful job. They will always be my go to roofing and repair company. I just love and appreciate them.

  Eubanks went above and beyond for us. Job was completed quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. People I've never spoken to has stopped in front our place and said how great the roof looks. Don't waste time and money on larger companies. Definitely go Eubanks. They are local and grew up here.
