  Ignored my no soliciting sign on my door with a doorbell ring, and once I didn’t answer they left their business card wedged underneath my garage door opener.

  Hi Ricardo, our team sincerely apologizes for this intrusion. We instruct our project managers to respect all posted “No Soliciting” signs, and we understand why this was frustrating. If one of our team members ever leaves a card at a home with a posted sign, it is typically because they noticed visible damage and wanted to make sure the homeowner was aware. We genuinely view that as a service to the community and the same courtesy we would extend to our own friends or family, rather than simply an attempt to gain someone’s business.   Santi and his team did an incredible job helping me through the process of getting my roof replaced. They were very clear at explaining the process at every turn. I didn’t even realize how much damage was up there. Anyone looking for help would benefit tremendously through this team of experts.

  Tim, this was an INCREDIBLE project and one Santi and our team were determined to get right. With a property this unique, simply settling for what was initially covered wasn’t an option. It took a lot of creativity, documentation, and persistence with the insurance process to get the full scope recognized and ultimately covered. Once we got there, we were able to design a solution worthy of such a beautiful property, preserving the character of the home while giving it a completely new life. The custom copper work was the perfect finishing touch that brought the entire project together. Projects like this are also a great reminder that what we do goes far beyond the work itself. One of the best parts of this business is the relationships we build along the way, and throughout this project, you truly became part of the Strata family. Your generosity and hospitality left a lasting impression on our entire team, and I think everyone who spent time at your property would say the same.   Working with Santi and his team was great! He helped me greatly with the insurance and completing the whole roof and gutters. Santi made the process of replacing the roof and gutters as quick as possible and I am so greatful for it. He was even able to install 2 skylights which we love! I was thoroughly impressed with all that was done! Thank you

  I was referred to Santi, the best roof guy around, and Strata Exteriors, and even though they’re based out of the Chicago area, Santi drove all the way to Milwaukee to help me with an insurance claim that’s been dragging on for months. So far, nothing has been finalized, but I can honestly say he’s shown more initiative and dedication than anyone else I’ve worked with throughout this process. And he’s cool as hell. He took the time to thoroughly review my claim, explain what was going on, and identify issues that had been overlooked. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely seems invested in helping rather than just checking a box. If the effort he’s put in so far is any indication of how he handles projects, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Santi and the team at Strata Exteriors.

  Santi definitely isn’t afraid of a challenge, and neither are we. When we heard you’d been dealing with a drawn-out claim and needed a fresh set of eyes on it, the drive to Milwaukee was the easy part. We’re glad we were able to help get the claim fully approved and finally get things moving in the right direction. The permits have been ordered, but there’s still work to do to make sure the full extent of the damage is recognized and brought up to a fair value. We’ll keep pushing on that while we get closer to putting everything back together. And for the record, we also think Santi is cool as hell.

  My wife and I met with three roofing companies before Strata and the difference was immediate. Nobody else even went in the backyard to look at the garage. Strata documented everything, explained the process clearly, and actually made us feel informed. Thanks guys.

  I referred one of my coworkers with a wood shake roof to Santi because I knew he specialized in that type of roofing. You could immediately tell he was an expert the way he inspected the roof and explained everything. He found things other contractors completely missed and helped my coworker get fully approved through insurance.

Santi genuinely loves working on wood shake roofs and has spent serious time studying the details of these systems, so when he gets the opportunity to inspect one, he’s all in. There are not many people who understand the technicalities of shake roofing the way he does, and you can definitely feel that passion when he’s up on a roof explaining things.   When my dad needed help with his roof, language was a significant barrier. He speaks Korean and does not understand English very well, but our Project Manager never let that stand in the way. From the very beginning, we were treated like family. They made multiple visits to our home in Downers Grove, IL, sat with us at the kitchen table while I translated, and patiently walked my dad through every step of the process. They never rushed him, even after multiple calls and meetings, and they worked through the challenges of dealing with our difficult insurance provider. My dad usually avoids anything involving insurance, but Strata Exteriors made the entire process simple and hassle-free. He is extremely happy with the current progress and is excited to see the final product. My father even referred Strata Exteriors to one of his close friends, Sal.
