Best roofing experience a man could ask for! Every part of it from the sale to the delivery to the new roof everything was perfect. Could not say enough about how great it was to work with Luke and Sebastian!

I won’t use my real name because I am quite embarrassed (in a fun way) at my interaction I had today. also because I will be becoming a customer of this company in the very near future. … I’ll make it short. .. I hear a knock at the door I …

Signature Property Solutions was great to work with! Luke was extremely professional and explained the entire process. The team did a great job and left no mess. Luke came back to make sure everything was done correctly. I have recommended Luke to some of my neighbors. I will use their services again.

We could not be happier with Signature. They came in lower than other quotes, and did an amazing job. Luke is a young and eager businessman who knows how to treat customers right. I highly recommend them!

Luke and this team are super talented and professional. Super educated and made the whole process simple and smooth. Took away the stress and headache from dealing with insurance and making sure everything was done. My Palos Hills home looks nice and made it more curb appeal.

Great company to work with, called after the tornado in the area in Hickory Hills and they were out same day. Tarped and protected my brother roof from farther leaks and dealt with all full repair process. Recommend 100%

Showed up to my home within 5 minutes since they were in the area after placing a call. Gave a free estimate to repair my roof and even tarped my roof to prevent future damage. Was very difficult to get ahold of other companies, many price gouging and taking advantage of people needing immediate service. This was not the case with Signature Property Solutions. Extremely happy with their services.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. Referred to me by a friend who had a similar experience. They literally took care of everything. My roof and gutters were destroyed by hail and high winds. They came out assessed the damage, …

I would highly recommend Signature Property Solutions to anyone in need of roofing services. Lucas and Sebastian took care of our roof after the recent hailstorm and made the entire process stress-free. They assisted us with every step of the insurance claim and helped us obtain the compensation we deserved. Their knowledge, professionalism, and experience were evident from the very beginning. They were extremely helpful in selecting the right roofing materials and patiently answered all of our questions. The roofing crew was absolutely amazing. They completed the roof replacement in just one day and did outstanding work. After the project was finished, they thoroughly cleaned the property and left everything spotless. We are extremely satisfied with our decision to choose Signature Property Solutions. Their customer service, workmanship, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional roofing contractor!!!! 🙂

Luke went above and beyond for a downspout repair. He committed to completing the small job and didn't charge for it. We were very pleased with his communications and the quality of the work.

Up on a roof today and found this, torn straight through to the wood. Once it's open like this, water gets in fast. If a storm hit your area, get it checked before it turns into a bigger problemJun 22, 2026Call now
