  They never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I was initially told that the salesperson had a flat tire and would arrive as soon as possible. When I asked for an estimated arrival time, I was told they would call me back with an update, but I never received a call. About an hour later, I called again to ask for an ETA. Once again, I was told someone would call me back with an update, and once again, no one followed up. This was a very disappointing customer service experience. My time was completely wasted, and I had to cancel my plans because I was waiting for them to arrive. A simple phone call with an update would have gone a long way.

  Horrible service and still waiting on the door handle for over a month. They do not response any more. Too much delay, and they do not respect the time frame.

  We got our roof replaced by them about 15 years ago with a 25 year shingle. The same sales guy came by today and tried telling me it was time to replace our roof because he could see all the mold growing on the shingles and can also spot hail damage (feom standing on the street). I told him it's his company that installed it. He denied it. So, I called them up, left a voicemail and of course no one called me back. I'd stay away. ------- Update: I called and left a message with them in their Downers Grove office over a week ago and still haven't heard back. I've decided to go with another company. One who offers a 30 year shingle and copper embedded in the shingles.

Perhaps you are confusing that with a manufacturer's warranty. If so we can investigate this for you.   I had an outstanding experience with 1,2,3 Exteriors! From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, courteous, and committed to making sure everything was done right. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I especially want to recognize Donna, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions, provide timely updates, and make sure communication was clear every step of the way. Having someone so responsive and knowledgeable made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a company that delivers excellent craftsmanship and truly values customer service, I highly recommend 1,2,3 Exteriors. Their work speaks for itself, and Donna’s dedication to keeping customers informed is second to none!
