  Very disappointing experience they will make promises and not follow through. They will send out a team that does not look professional contractor will not be on site for the roof. They will make mistakes and not fix it. Your materials you paid for will be taken at the end . They try to use least material as possible. Do not work with this company

  Garage Siding: I did not know that my trim would not be included in my siding project. I was not even offered that option, never mind that I thought it would be included. Now I have to get someone else to finish the job. With multiple weeks of rescheduling and this misleading omission, I will not work with AmeriPro again.

  BEWARE! We were approached at home regarding our roof, we knew we needed to get it replaced, no biggie. The gentleman that came said we also had damage to our siding, that he would take pics and submit, in August 2025 we had our roof replaced, and no word about the siding. To make a very long story short, 3 supervisors from Ameripro said we had damage to the siding, and have been fighting with our insurance company, in December 2025 our insurance company wanted to do a reinspect, along with Ameripro rep. Michael Hughes, when he came out he had no idea why he was there, no notes in our acct. Michael went against us, and told the insurance inspector that the damages were mechanical, this was after Joe took samples of our siding to send to the insurance company. Our adjuster from the insurance called to let us know they have denied our claim, due to being mechanical per Ameripro Michael Hughes. Ameripro should never tell a customer one thing, then have one of their people come out, and go against what was previously said and done. Now because of Ameripro we have more damage to our property, and now they can not match the siding that they took. We will be contacting an attorney, since this is their error. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, RUN AWAY IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR!

  Was not happy with Joe the estimator or with Char at the main office. I was over, promised that I would receive the roof, gutters and siding When, in fact when I finally got a hold of adjuster was told that the siding would not be allowed, But when I spoke to Joe, he said he was gonna try to get it into the estimate Then I had to pay an $1800 cancellation fee. Was not happy with the whole process.

  I only gave one star, because zero is not an option. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. From the beginning, very unorganized, an emergency tarp for a leaking roof took a week to get, that was in May. Then, I was passed through three different reps before someone would finally assist me. I was repeatedly told "the back office will fight for every penny", yet I had to send the insurance the invoices for the tarp and permits, as they never did. To make it worse, once the job was completed, they tried telling me that I owed them another $11k, which was wrong, and it took over 2+ months to get corrected. My insurance agent and I called, sent emails and was completely ignored, yet the threatening texts about an account past due and liens, when I was waiting for them to correct the invoice and send the finalized details to the insurance. Once they finally did, my insurance reviewed it and I just received the check from them a week ago (11/23). I am also dealing with my mother in the ICU and informed them that I am doing my best to balance all things, but then they send someone else after me, Tomas, who basically spoke to me like I am some sort of pathetic individual, that is beneath him, when all I asked was to allow me to pay the last remaining $1000 over a few months. You thought I asked for a kidney or something, just the most disgusting experience I have ever had with a vendor. I do not recommend them and if they would like to think or suggest I am exaggerating at all, well I am currently a law student and documented every last piece of communication, attempt at communication and snarky emails back from this vendor to prove it.

  Hello future customers of AmeriPro's, Do not hire them. They did not stand by their workmanship issues and blame the customer for the issue. Now I have to hire an attorney to solve the issue because I have mold from them not properly ventilating after they replaced the roof.

  Mike and the Ameripro team did an excellent job with my roof. They did the whole tear off and new roof in one day, plus a new sky light. In addition, they worked hard with my insurance company to get me the most amount of money possible I would highly recommend Ameripro!

  AmeriPro Roofing was a great company to work with. From the start, Michael took the reins and helped me battle my insurance company for full coverage. He definitely knows his job. He was communicative in every step of the way, always available to answer questions I had. Followed up during the construction and even after the job was completed. Highly recommend!!   My experience with Ameripro was subpar. The siding job they did on my house was sloppy, visibly unlevel, and unfinished. They overcharge. The communication was a joke. The crew showed up unannounced several times to my home, after I repeatedly asked them to notify me beforehand. The quality assurance manager, Cathy, is a gaslighting liar. She gave me false excuses for why things ended up the way they did then tried to force me to pay even though the work was not done properly, she questioned my character, and then in the same conversation would make sure to reassure me that she is only trying to help. She also emailed me a contract and told me I had to sign it before the crew could come back to finish work. This contact stated several things, but the thing that struck me was that it would prevent me from writing a negative review (spoiler alert, I did not sign it!). The crew supervisor, Riley, is incompetent and also a liar. After voicing my frustrations on his last visit with his crew and work still not being completed properly, he then went back and told *whoever* at the company that I told him and his crew to leave my property and not come back, which was a lie. So then I received a certified letter threatening to report me to credit reports and put a lien on my home because of that. Finally they sent Matt and his crew from Milwaukee to assess things. They took down and reset all of the siding so it was level and finished the siding properly. They went above and beyond, touching up areas of my home with paint and added a cover on our electrical conduit. Matt and his Milwaukee crew are the only reason I added a 2nd star to this review. I wish I could rate them separately because it was a night and day experience from the local Ameripro crew here in my area.

  I had the pleasure of meeting two of the most professional and knowledgeable men in the business. Michael and Stu inspected my roof and told me everything was fine and needed no work done at all! I’m not used to such honesty and integrity. I will call them in the future for all my roofing needs and concerns.

  I kept getting solicitation calls from the company. I called the number back and they said Hello and used my brother name. I informed them they had the wrong person that I do not live in Illinois or own my own home I rent. The gentleman who didn't give a name then wished me a good weekend but completely changed the pitch of his voice and made fun of my voice. He was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company due to one bad employees extremely unprofessionalism.
