Straightline called me multiple times after a bogus roofing request was posted online using my contact info. After looking them up and seeing they were a legit roofing company, I tried calling them. Every option on their phone tree results in a “this option is no longer available” message. Pretty sure it’s either a scam or they are no longer in business.

Hey Aaron! I can assure you we are in business. I'm not sure why we didn't see this sooner. We did have some trouble with inbound calls a few months ago, and it's possible we missed you during that time. Let us know what we can do to make this right!

Scheduled an estimate and Jake arrived today. I showed him my leaking roof and mold that was discovered when we took down our kitchen cabinets. Everything seemed fine and he said he would get the quote to me tomorrow. Now he started texting me asking why I wasn’t cleaning the mold myself since I owned a cleaning company. Well Jake, my company cleans hoarding homes, crime scenes, rodent waste but not mold. And why the he’ll does any of that matter when I need a new roof? His texts questioning my honesty was completely uncalled for and out of nowhere. I decided to call him directly to ask why he even cares if my company does mold cleanup. He said he thought I was lying to him and just trying to learn his pricing because he thinks I am a competitor. Totally bizarre behavior. Jake, I am the host of a TV show (Hoarders on A&E). My company Steri-Clean is a 28 year old nationwide company that never has performed mold removal. And I still have no clue what that has to do with us needing a new roof. My wife and I could not believe the bizarre stance you took on refusing to send a bid in fear of us being a competitor. You are way off on this one and are a poor representation for your company to say the least.

Was referred by a friend to Straightline Design for a brand new roof and they did not disappoint! Jake, the owner and his crew were easy to work with and the experience was not as stressful as I was anticipating. The quote was reasonable and the work was exceptional! The cleanup afterwards was remarkable considering all the nails and roofing materials that had to be removed. I am so pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a new or repaired roof!

The work was done beautifully! I got to choose a green roof. I am so happy with the work they did. It was very well done. I also want to thank Joseph for all his help with my insurance. I don't think I could have done that without his help. He was there when I called the insurance and he was there when the insurance sent their person to check the roof. Everyone went smoothly with his help. So great full. Thank you Joseph.
