Malcolm booked a time. I confirmed it. He didn't show up and has never responded since. Really unhappy with the level of service.

I'm sorry Kyle, but you rent this house....I did not work on it and I can't work on it without permission from the property owner.

LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY! He came to check the roof and repaired it, which was great. However, the roof still leaked. We tried to call him tons of times to come and recheck it, but nobody pickup the phone...............

Shoutout to Malcom at Storm Rider Roof Repair! He swapped out 4 roof vents on my house and garage like it was nothing. Fast, clean, and no leaks in sight. Basically a roof ninja 🥷— highly recommend! The only thing is he forgot to take a picture of the new roof vents. So, I can’t post any pictures. …

Oh man, what a week my roof gave me! It started when another company did some work on my gutters and, somehow, left me with damaged roof tiles. And just to add to the fun, I also discovered a leak coming from one of my air vents that had actually melted from the sun. My Westwood Plateau home really needed some TLC. I reached out to Storm Rider Roof Repair, and I'm so incredibly glad I did. Malcolm was the one who came over, and he was amazing. He tackled both issues – fixing those damaged tiles and sorting out that leaky, melted vent. He walked me through exactly what happened and what he was doing to fix it . The service was top-notch, the work was spotless, and the price felt completely reasonable. If you're in Coquitlam and need a reliable, honest person for your roof, Malcolm at Storm Rider is absolutely the one to call. He is a tile roof guru! He saved the day!

Contacted Malcolm , about some stains around our skylights , he originally said that the skylights are probably leaking and gave me a quote on r & r . When he went up and saw that the skylights where fine , he was honest …

Malcolm was simply superb. He was professional, efficient, and honest. He did a great job replacing our two leaky skylights. We are really pleased with how he went above and beyond for us. His excellent workmanship is truly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Malcolm is a roofing master, full-stop. We had a persistent leak around our furnace chimney that had baffled the previous owner. Malcolm figured out that it was because the roofers who had most recently re-done the roof had made a few key mistakes in nailing down the base flashing around the chimney (in addition to not changing the old counter flashing). Malcolm pulled and re-worked the base flashing as well as the counter flashing, even thought it meant a lot of extra work for him. I really want to emphasize how important it is to find a roofing contractor who does the work *correctly*. This is the roof over your head and the shield that protects your wood-construction house from water and the rot, mold, and mildew that it brings. Malcolm is that contractor - he wants to do the job RIGHT and he has the experience to know how to do it right.

Malcom was very confident from the moment we chatted. He delivered his great quality of work. He took pictures every step he did and showed me the issues why my skylight was leaking. He takes pride in what he does so I definitely recommend him to anyone!

After calling around to various roofing companies and generally being written off as too small a job, I found Malcolm on Google. He was able to come out the next day, and for a very reasonable price, assess the leaking skylight, inspect the other skylights, and fix the problematic one, all while explaining the issue and the suggested fix in layman's terms and without condescension. After a couple of storms, happy to note his work has fixed the leak!

I don’t want to give Malcolm 5 stars on Google because ya’ll going to see it and know how absolutely amazing, honest, on time and on target he is. You’re going to call and book up his schedule, then when I call… he won’t have any time for me!! Yes I am an only child and yes this is a real concern.

Malcolm is a roofing lifesaver! After a poor job with another company, Malcolm came by the same day, assessed the damage, and fixed our roof. He even took it further by letting the previous Roofer know what a poor job he did. THANK YOU MALCOLM! Highly recommend!!
