The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

I had my roof replaced by Storm Team Construction in the summer of 2020, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Not long after the installation, I had a leak. I contacted them and they came out to fix it, assuring me the issue was resolved. However, the same leak came back again, and I had to call them a second time. Once again, they said the repair was completed. Now the leak has returned for the 3rd time, and this time I can’t get Chad Simkins, the owner of Storm Team Construction to answer the phone or return my calls. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with an ongoing issue like this, especially after being told multiple times that it was fixed and paying them about $18k for a new roof. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using Storm Team Construction. Good customer service and standing behind your work are just as important as the installation itself, and in my experience, they have fallen short.

Brandon and the Storm Team provided excellent service in a timely manner. Made the experience very smooth and convenience. They were communicative through out the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Storm Team Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
