  I had a new roof and siding done because of the hailstorm. Their salesman Sean is not to be trusted. He makes all these promises and then "forgets" to write them down on the quote (gutters,screens, and window trim), my bad for not catching it. You can't get them to answer the phone. After my roof was done I mailed them a check to pay for it because they wouldn't start on my siding until it was paid, it took them 6 weeks to cash it. After my siding was done the owner drove over and put the bill in my door rather than mail it, the following day he calls to make sure that I received the bill. Very unprofessional!

  Set up an appt. They did call to say would be late which ended up being 4 hrs after scheduled time. Never got a quote even after numerous calls to their office, just excuses. …

  Had a roof replacement on my mobile home. I am 700 miles away and they made the entire process very smooth. Work was completed and the neighbors say it looks great.

  I highly recommend American Roofing Central and am very satisfied with the quality and integrity of their work. After Hurricane Ian damaged our roof I contacted several local companies and was told it would be a long wait before they could get to me. From the very first contact, Sean Grossman exhibited a positive and enthusiastic attitude. His estimate was the most detailed of the three companies who gave us bids, and while still using high quality materials was the lowest cost with the least delay. Sean has experience with insurance companies and was very helpful in advising us in working through the details. The materials arrived early and the work was scheduled and completed timely. The roofing crew was amazing, very quiet and efficient as well as friendly and polite. This may be a new company to you, but they are well organized, well trained, skilled and trustworthy. I believe they will do their best to meet your roofing needs and treat you right.
