  Asking me to pay more after finish my roofing owner very rude and no profesionalism to the custumer.

  Fernando, additional lumber charges are lined out in the contract (line #2) for rotten wood we find that is not able to be seen prior to doing the roof. There is nothing we can do about this. If you would like to call the office, myself (the owner) will be glad to speak with you. 863-202-8200

  Owner was rude, non communicative, made multiple mistakes, and lied. Frustrating experience. Initially went with this company due to good reviews but learned the hard way.

  tldr: Highly Recommend. I first contacted Quality Roofing just over year ago. I was looking for a quote on replacing my shingle roof and submitted quote requests to a handful of local roofing contractors around Jan 2025. Not only did Quality Roofing respond first with a quote and prompt response, their quote for a metal roof was less than I was quoted weeks later from other roofers for shingle, when they finally responded. Tracy reached out to me directly and I explained my situation that I was looking to have the roof repaired within the next year. When I contacted him a year later in Jan 2026, he immediately sent me an updated estimate. Secured a deposit and he handled the permit process next day. As soon as the permit was ready, work started on the roof. Tatiana and Tim in the office handled any questions I had before, during, and after the replacement. All documents were handled professionally and organized well. I couldn't be happier with my roof and how Quality Roofing handled the replacement, clean up, and my individual concerns and requests.

  I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs. My personal experience with Quality roofing was a pleasurable one they are very prompt and communicative I expressed concerned about one little thing and they addressed it the very next day and I can honestly say that I am a extremely satisfied customer and everyone that I dealt with AT Quality roofing from the salesman to the installers were top notch professionals. I really wish more companies were like this

  Showed up on time for estimate. Competitive price. Job (standing seam metal roof) performed as promised and on time. Even fixed the sagging corner and made it look good. Honest and trustworthy.

  Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal did an awesome job. From start to finish, they were professional and responsive, offering superior quality, customer satisfaction and value. It was a pleasure doing business with this locally owned company who felt like family by the end of the job's completion. The owner, Austin, his wife Kaycee and his amazing roofing manager Tracy were there for me to answer questions every step of the way. I am so pleased with my new Tuff Rib Metal roof, gutters and fascia that I feel like I have a new home! The work and attention to detail, the honest communication, excellent value, fair price, quality craftsmanship and experience from start to finish has exceeded my expectations.   Great Experience, they fixed my house a year ago it was excellent. We did a bid at the place that I work and they were the more reasonable on pricing and In timing to install. The best quality that I say they have is there communication …
