Left a bunch of litter and unwanted advertisements all around my house. Very frustrating and super annoying to deal with. I personally will never do business with this company.

So I had Storm Roofing replace my 17-year-old roof in May of 2023. And part of the new roof failed and flooded out my master bedroom. To add insult to injury. The insurance company was called they inspected the work that storm did and declared it defective and poorly done and the adjuster actually asked if we had a friend do it? We said why he said because the installation is subpar and of very poor quality, therefore denying my claim . And stated my home needs to be reroofed. I now have hired an attorney and will have to file suit as I need my roof replaced again and master bedroom repaired . Only seven months later after my roof was replaced by this company. I have included some photos of the defective work this company did. As well as a copy of the letter stating improper installation by the insurance company. Storm roofing has responded to this review stating the shingles are defective that’s why they are buckling. The shingles are buckling due to poor installation see letter in pictures per the professional inspection hired By my insurance company. The flood that took out my master bedroom? That’s poor workmanship also in the letter. The missing granules on the shingles that’s defective shingles or not???.

You are correct, the shingles are defective. That is why we immediately opened a claim with the manufacturer that is currently under review. The claim you signed off on so we could work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. Are granules coming off the shingles exposing the fiberglass, yes. Are shingles rippling and buckling, yes. Should this be happening, absolutely not. Was this how the roof was left when we finished, absolutely not. You are hard pressed behind a keyboard to make it seem like it is a workmanship issue or that we are not doing out due diligence, but you sing a different tune on site when we physically show you what is going on. We will continue to work with the manufacturer on your behalf as we want to see this rectified as much as you.

Stay away from them. Terrible workmanship. Basically trying to get as much money as they can from you.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and experience, but we were not able to find you in our system as a customer. Could you perhaps be mistaking us with another company? *UPDATE 8/23/19* We've been contacted by an electrical company that has the same review from you and they don't have you in their system as a client either. The review from this "MILA KOTOV" is nothing but slander/fraud.

i do not recommend this company. Poor management, customer service and workmanship. I ended up with more damage in my house after they were here than before they came out. Refused to correct problems after saying "no warranties, but that "They stand by their work". I gave them one star only because there was no place to put NO stars.

We went back multiple times, each time we explained to you the way your gutters were set up was causing water to pool at your tie-in area. The only way to rectify your leak would be removing the gutters in that area to prevent it from pooling. We cannot help the back splash of the water hitting the ground going back into the patio.

They did a great job. They immediately came out to make a temporary repair to stop incoming rain. They were back the following week to finish off and replace the tile. No drama. No fuss

Called them to look at a potential roof leak and they got someone over the very next day. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever have any roofing needs I will definitely be calling them.

My metal roof is beautiful. We had many estimates, but Storm had best value. Workers kept property clean and got roof done despite many weather challenges.

Storm Roofing is exceptional. We have used them anytime we needed roof work. The installation was done by experienced workers who take the time to clean up after the job. Despite the bad weather they worked around the schedules to get the job done on time. The office staff is amazing with communicating what was happening and when. I have a beautiful metal roof that will last for years.

Storm Roofing did a great job on my townhouse. I thought I had leak from. ac unit on top of townhouse, but since they came and replaced roof system everything is dry. They were less expensive than other roofers doing work in the community. U recommend them strongly.
