  Wendy, the service manager, was very good: friendly and helpful. The delivery, however, was mediocre and severely lacking. After an initial quick analysis and fix of a leaking roof, it took a long time and several reminder phone calls from my end to get them to finish the job. They then forgot twice to replace some broken tiles, and when they did, they didn't use the proper replacement tiles, leaving an eyesore instead (see photo). I had to have them come out twice more to fix it, and even then the roof was left with only almost-matching colors. Maybe my business was competing with larger contracts. Not recommended.

  I work on properties nationwide. In South Florida, I usually work with Neil’s Roofing and Waterproofing (excellent company) but we wanted to try a new company. We deeply regret it. This company did a fantastic job of calling me excessively to get the contract only to dissapoint us right after they signed the contract. We agreed on a quote and at the end of the project, once it was already complete, we were sent a new agreement and bill with a 40% increase. We have worked on many projects across multiple states and I’ve never had an experience like this. On top of that, the communication was poor throughout the project and they felt very unorganized. I would not recommend this company.

  I give this company a 1 star rating because I called for an estimate over 2 weeks ago and I was told that someone will get back to me because it was a holiday. I never got a callback so I called again a week later someone called back a couple days later to apologize then finally came over to get measurements and pictures now another week later I called again and the receptionist said they are backed up because of the holiday. Christmas was on Monday and New Years Day was on Monday and I was told that they do not work oo weekends. How did 2 days affect the schedule? I do not understand the logic here. That is not my problem. It is going on three weeks just to get an estimate, seriously. It is awful.

  Wendy, in the office was great to deal with as well as James Booker the Field Supervisor, and Douglas and his crew did a great job repairing my roof, very professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done recommend them highly

  I want to thank Altec Roofing, especially Wendy and James to work with the customer to determine the real issue with the leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Appointment was scheduled for the time convenient for the customer. Then James did everything to determine issue - he was on the roof, he went to the attic- and determine the issue. I liked that James and Wendy didn't try to sell roof service before the determining the issue. Thank you. .

  I had some repairs that needed to be done to my flat roof on my Mediterranean style home. Everything from start to finish was seamless with great communication and professionalism throughout from Wendy in the office to the repair crew. Highly recommend!

  I am late writing my review. My apologies to the people of Altec Roofing, specifically Ramon. I needed 3 quotes on a flat roof replacement in North Palm Beach, Fl. This was October of '25. Due to personal reasons, I could not get the roof replaced until January '26. Out of the 3 different companies Ramon was the ONLY person to follow up after the initial quote. I explained the situation and I would be in touch. Ramon patiently kept in touch.... not in a pushy way. Ramon answered ALL the questions I had and throughly explained everything!!!! ( His quote was BY far the most professional presentation). There were some minor complications regarding the repair due to my house being a rental currently and coordinating from out of town with permits and tenants. Ramon took everything in stride. If in the market for a roof in their territory.... don't hesitate! Ask for Ramon!!!!!!

  Ramon was amazing he walked us through every step of the roof replacement, from the removal to the last tile . He answered every question,phone call and text message. The whole process took about 2 weeks including the final inspection. …
