  Easily the least expensive roofing company out there, but you get what you pay for. The whole process took a lot longer than compared to my neighbors. They will trample all over your plants. They will cut into your stucco and not even tell you until after they've already done it and leave trash in your front yard and take days to remove it. Pay a little more to get a better roofing company!

  Our reputation speaks for itself with abundant excellent reviews all over the internet.  The customer on file for this job is Vincent Casella, 114 Spanish Pine Ter, Royal Palm Beach.  Kirsten Hinzman must be a "significant other" and was not present or involved with the contract signing onboarding.  We went over the entire job process with Vincent verbally, in writing, again in the welcome email, and again in the pre job text message.  Kirsten corresponded with us in the middle of the job when she complained about the flashing installation which was required by code, because stucco along the lower roof to wall connection had to be removed.  We addressed her questions in numerous emails, calls, texts.  We communicated very well with her and Vincent, and everything seemed fine. Then after the job was complete, she apparently felt it necessary to leave a 1-star review with the intention of hurting our business.  I tried talking to her about this and she would not even allow a phone conversation, but kept texting that I have to "make this right" ...but I'm not sure what that means?   I'm glad we gave you a great price Kirsten!  Your roof looks great, anyone can drive by and see.  We did not "trample on your plants", that is untrue.  We discussed all aspects of the roof job with Vincent during onboarding, before job start.  There is always trash during a roofing construction project, we communicate this too and clean up regularly.  Contractors, beware of Kirstin Hinzman, someone who intentionally tries to hurt a local family business after getting a great price and ongoing communication.

  Absolute nightmare working with this company. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, rude in general to customers, multiple damages to our property when performing the work. Tried to speak to the “owner” about it after calling days before work started and stating we didn’t want things ruined that we had just done to the home and they reassured me things would be covered and it wouldn’t get ruined.. well that didn’t happen and when we complained all we got was not our problem it says in the contract we’re not responsible. Over the past six months we worked with several contractors and this company by far was the worst. I would not recommend. They were $2000 cheaper than any other quote we received yet after damages to our home cost me an extra $7000. The lack of care and customer service is ridiculous and the way they speak to their customers stating that it’s not their problem and that it states so in our contract after reassuring customers that things will be performed a proper way, and things won’t be damaged is very frustrating. When you spend $32,000 with a company, there’s a certain level of customer service that you expect that these people are incapable of providing. I’d highly recommend that you seek a different roofing company.

  This review is simply not true. Erika Boscarino (beware contractors of dealing with this person) was constantly requesting us to do things that are not included in the contract. We have clear communication in writing from the beginning, and also send emails & texts with the same information.. There was no "damage to her home". We have done thousands of roof jobs, and there is always going to be a difficult personality now and then that does not listen, read or care what is in writing and included.

  Made an appointment told them where the property is never got told that they do not do my area told me that I had A different company name when I looked up on my phone who I called it was the same company but then they kept telling me they didn’t have my name in the records so I guess these people don’t understand how to talk to people over the phone

  We never made an appointment with her. She is in Fort Myers (3 hours away) we serve SouthEast Florida, nowhere close to her area.. She is confusing us with another roofing company. We confirmed that when she called us because the name of the person is not with our company, and she still put a bad review in anger. Look at her other reviews, they are all 1 star, but we all know people like this exist :)

  Beware repaired my roof still leaks super expensive, scabbed truss, all kinds of excuses why they are so bad. Truss is structural never got permit per city requirements, certainly would not pass inspection.

  Stuart Zuckerman at 949 NW 18th Ave Boca Raton actually still owes us a balance due of $300. His review is slanderous, contains false information and should be removed. Look at his other reviews on his profile and you can see he has a history of leaving negative reviews. We even reduced the invoice because his repair was smaller than originally estimated once we got into the job. This was just a small maintenance roof leak repair where we removed a section of old weathered underlayment and rotted wood decking in the repair area and installed brand new materials. Under the roof decking there was a beam in which only had about 6 inches of rot, so we sistered a new 4 foot beam next to it (typical on this type of repair). The "scabbed truss" part of the job was very insignificant. Stuart is incorrect in stating "truss is structural never got permit per city requirements" because we can not be contracted to do a "structural job" as we are roofers, not general contractors. It was 6 inch section of a 20 foot beam, his statement is ridiculous. Stuart is slanderously attacking my business, just making a case with no valid complaints attempting to get a free roof repair. And, he claims his roof is still leaking but when we offered to come over and do a water test, he refused it. I have the repair photos on this and know it was repaired correctly and is not leaking.

  Our salesperson, Matt, was knowledgeable, patient, and spent considerable time explaining the roofing options and installation process. We were offered a choice of roof tile manufacturers and models, and we selected both our roof tile and rake tile based on the options presented. The tear-off phase went quickly and without major issues. We also hired Ace Pro Roofing to coordinate the installation of roof-to-wall hurricane clips during the tear-off. Ace Pro brought in a retrofit contractor to perform that work. After the roof had been installed, it was discovered that some of the clips had been installed upside down, contrary to the manufacturer's installation requirements. However, that was an issue with the retrofit company and not Ace Pro Roofing. During installation of the secondary water resistance (SWR) layer, a worker pulled on a vent pipe, which disconnected both the vent and our washing machine drain from the sewer connection. The next time we ran the washer, the laundry room flooded. To their credit, Ace Pro responded promptly and repaired the plumbing damage. The biggest disappointment involved the rake tile. We specifically selected rake tile when choosing our roofing materials because our existing roof had rake tile. However, after the roof was completed, no rake tile had been installed. I was later told that rake tile could not be installed because codes have changed and our home does not have a required fascia which would have been nice to know before we selected the roofing system so that we could have chosen a different tile or discussed other options. Overall, my impression is that Ace Pro Roofing is a large company that keeps projects moving on a tight schedule. While the work was generally completed on time and some problems were corrected promptly, there could have been better communication which would have made this a much better experience.

  We recently had gutters installed which unfortunately led to a detached and cracked roof tile. Matt was fast to respond to my inquiry, evaluated the damage AND fixed it free of charge given it was a single tile only. I highly recommend Matt and will call him first next time I have a project around my roof.

  ACE was hired by the previous owners to replace our roof. They did an excellent job and the house looks amazing. After we moved in we hired ACE to install four roof vents. No issues or leaks.

  We have been using them for years for our roof repairs. When it came time to replace the entire roof we of course turned to them. It was an easy process from start to finish. Excellent communication and we are happy with our finished product.

  After calling Ace Pro Roofing around 5pm Friday for a roof leak coming into our master bedroom, Matt was there the next morning (Saturday). He had a great attitude, quickly diagnosed the issue, put us at ease, and solved the problem for MUCH less than I was expecting. Highly recommend Matt and this trustworthy roofing company!
