This company is a scammmm!!!!!! The owner keeps threatening us, saying that we never paid when we have a receipt and proof that we paid in full, proof of his secretary, collecting the checks/money. He does not want to admit and take full responsibility that his secretary stole over $15-$20,000 from innocent people and he keeps coming and calling and harassing saying that we did not pay when we have proof this company is nothing but a scam and I will post the picture of his secretary so please be aware when hiring this company to do your roofing . The owner denies that the secretary ever worked with the company her name is Dainnara she worked with him for about 1-2 years ! I’ve attached her pictures in photos. The worked they did was average I’m ver disappointed, the owner kept calling and does want to admit that him, his secretary and the company must take full responsibility for this issue that we’re having. Please be careful when hiring these companies.

I had them to my house twice to fix the same leak. Even though they say the work will have a warranty I had to pay both times for a leak in the same place. The roof still leaks and they will no longer return my calls. These are the type of …

Unprofessional. I scheduled an appt with them 72 hrs in advance, confirmed 24 hrs in advance. The morning of the appt, they were 50 minutes late so I called and was told "we are on the way, we were delayed." Nine minutes later, I was called and told they needed to cancel.

Mendieta Roofing was recommended to me for a leak on the ceiling. We scheduled an appointment right away. I was quoted a fair price. We scheduled a date to remove the skylight without any issues. Gerardo came and went in a few hours. He was polite and friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company again for any Roofing needs.

I highly recommend Mendieta Roofing for all your roofing needs. From the initial estimate to the completion - the entire team was professional, reliable, and courteous. Mendieta is very personable and Miriam is amazing - very professional and respectful. They communicated clearly throughout the project, arrived on time, kept the worksite clean, and completed the job as promised. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and they took the time to answer all of my questions, making the entire process stress-free. Affordable, polite and 5 year labor warranty in addition to shingle manufacturer warranty included. Would recommend for affordablilty, a certified roofing company but my inspections failed a total of 4 times, essentially thry got it correct and it passed . Lastly I experienced difficulty with getting final permit completion documentation from company after ensuring it would be provided from owner. Nonetheless this was my experienced I had 3 friends use this company and why I choose them. The positive is all errors was correct and my city ensured it was done to code, price and polite mannerism. The negative is it ea a essentially 3 weeks from start to approval. I will be going to city tomorrow to get final permit completion certificate after over a week of communications about it.
