  Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Neal Roofing. I scheduled an appointment for a roof replacement estimate, but they were a complete no-show. To make matters worse, I didn't receive a phone call or text to reschedule or cancel. If this is how they handle a first impression, I wouldn't trust them with the actual work. My time was wasted—look elsewhere if you want a reliable contractor. Update: To the owner who replied to my review, please check my profile and tell me I'm not real, of course you don't have me on record, you failed to attend the appointment for the estimate, my goal here is not to damage your business reputation, just make other people aware of my experience, please own your mistakes and try to be better.

  This review does not appear to be from a real customer. We have no customer, lead, or completed job associated with this review. The only contact in our CRM with a similar name was contacted immediately after the review was posted and explicitly confirmed they did not submit a one-star review and have no complaints or unresolved issues with Neal Roofing. We have also audited all scheduled appointments for the relevant timeframe and verified that every appointment was confirmed and attended. At this time, we have no record, communication, or transaction that corresponds to this review, indicating it is not based on a genuine customer experience. *Update: We take feedback like this seriously, so we looked into it again. We still haven’t been able to match this review to a confirmed appointment in our system, and the only contact we found with a name match advised they were not familiar with our company when we attempted to reach out and demanded we never call again. That said, we did identify a gap in our intake process with an overflow booking partner that could have allowed an appointment to be set outside of our service area without proper follow-up. If that happened here, that’s on us you should have received a clear communication that we couldn’t service the request. We called multiple times to offer a gift card for the inconvenience, but again, whoever we spoke to was demanding we never call again and did not let us explain the issue/propose a solution. We’ve already corrected that internally to make sure it doesn’t happen again. If you’re open to it, we’d still like the opportunity to connect directly, understand what happened, and make it right.

  Roof and skydome entirely replace. 30k job!!!! Here is the result. Can't be trust as they promised to come back and don't show up... My advice : find another one UPDATE : they indeed came back three time and missed two appointments.. Results of March 29th 2026 : I have found a bigger plastic basin as the leak is even bigger. Will they fix it once for all?

  We want to clarify the situation for anyone reading this. The original quote provided by our sales representative was in line with other roofing quotes the homeowner had received and was intended to remain competitive. In hindsight, this project required additional scope items due to the unique structure of the home that should have been addressed upfront. While we should have double-checked that the quote was not simply matching other estimates and instead included those additional measures, we have taken full responsibility for ensuring the roof performs properly. Our team has returned to the property multiple times, identified the root cause of the issue, and has been actively working with Yvan on a solution. This solution includes additional scope of work beyond the original contract, which we are completing at no cost to the homeowner. We complete hundreds of roofing projects each month without issue. This is a rare situation driven by the structural design of the home, not the quality of materials or workmanship, and it is something any roofing contractor would need to address once uncovered. We understand the homeowner’s frustration and want to be clear that this matter has not been ignored. We have been engaged prior to this review, remain actively involved, and are moving forward with the corrective work to fully resolve the issue.

  Do not use Neal roofing! They charged $2800 for one person to do a 5 hour job, then charged my credit card without authorization.

Please review our explanation below and consider removing your 2 star review - this does not seem warranted. We are a private family owned business that treats every customer like they are our own family and price accordingly. You did not pay $2,800 for “one person for five hours.” You paid for a licensed roofing company to send a professional estimator to your home for a full inspection, create a scope of work, schedule the repair, supply materials, return back to the property, and complete the job with skilled labor, proper insurance, and a one-year workmanship warranty. The price was presented to you in advance and you agreed to it before any work was performed. Nothing was hidden, nothing was changed after the fact, and the work was only done because you approved both the scope and the cost. We do not charge credit cards without authorization. Your card was only charged after an agreed contract and after the repair was completed to our standards. We stand behind our pricing because it reflects the real cost of doing the job correctly: licensed professionals, insurance, travel time, fuel, materials, and long-term warranty responsibility. The roof was fixed as agreed, for the exact price you approved. We are not shameful of this review, and wear it proudly. We are confident that you were priced fairly for our workmanship and the scope of work we completed.

  I contacted Neal Roofing to get an estimate for roof replacement. My tiled roof is 27 years old and have undergone a few minor repairs through the years. Greyson came 01/12 to do that. He is the same sales person who came two years ago when Neal Roofing did a minor roof repair to our house. I told him that although it took 5 trips for the repair crew to correct and finish the job, I was satisfied with the end result. He promised me that he would email me an estimate that same night of 01/12. It is already 01/15 and I am still waiting for that estimate. He looks like he is a professional sales person but is it because he is too busy doing his job that I haven’t heard from him up to now? Anyway, it’s time to move on and look for another roofer.

  *Update Jan 20, 2026: We called Jimmy multiple times within minutes of receiving this review. We even had Greyson give Jimmy a call to explain the situation. So far Jimmy has not answered any calls from our team. We will continue to reach out to make sure that he receives a quote. Why are you leaving one star reviews for a company that you've never engaged with or had any real experience with?

  DO NOT USE Neal Roofing and Waterproofing LLC # 1332869 ! This Co. installed a $53000 NEW CEMENT TILE ROOF on my home that required over 200 (YES 200) tiles replaced. They were CRACKED, BROKEN, OUT OF Line and GLUED (YES GLUED) TOGETHER. If I hadn’t gone up on the roof and check it would have been left as is.The NEW ROOF was finally fixed after a year of back and forth texting and Numerous people fixing it. They sent repair men out that would fix one tile and break another. They did damage to my property and their response was “Here is a few dollars. You get it fixed we don’t want to be responsible.” There main concern was the Rating.

At that time, we shook hands and agreed that all issues had been resolved to your satisfaction. We take great pride in our work and would never leave a project in an unfinished condition. When concerns were initially raised, we immediately took accountability and addressed all issues at no cost to you. We've made several attempts to contact you by phone in recent days regarding these posts, but have been unable to reach you. We remain committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.   I am very disappointed with this company. I contracted them in February and it took until June to get the job completed. I still cannot get anyone on the phone to get my closing paperwork. There communication is terrible. Buyer beware. They are great at the beginning of the process to get you signed up!

  When the rainy season hit, I saw that I have a leak over my garage. I contacted a number of roofing vendors around the area. I found Neal Roofing on Google. The great reviews really impressed me and I reached out to them for a quote. They were very prompt in scheduling an estimator to come out. The estimator inspected the roof and gave me a quote, one of those "if you accept it now I can give you a major discount" type quotes which I always find to be shady, so I should've known better. But the quote was reasonable, so I agreed and gave them a deposit. A short while later they were texting me insisting on changing the contract significantly - either demanding a major revision to the signed contract (the revised copy removed a whole page of the originally signed contract - things that could easily be done according to otheer roofing contractors I contacted, but Neal didn't want to do the work) or insisting that a whole new roof would need to be put down. When I refused to agree to the changes, they cancelled the contract. Getting my deposit back involved some additional frustration. The vendor that ultimately did the work found that Neal's estimator completely ignored sections that were rotted out and leaking, and wanted to "fix" sections that really didn't need repair. Glad I finally got my deposit back and went with a different vendor. Good luck if you go with Neal, hope your experience will be better than mine was.

  If you’re searching for a reputable roofing company, Neal Roofing is it! We can’t recommend them highly enough. We had a new metal roof installed and the process from start to finish was exceptional. My husband is a business owner so he greatly appreciates when a company does what they say they’re going to do. They were professional, knowledgeable, always available and their workmanship was stellar. A special thank you to Chad for always being available to help guide us through this process and also to Nathan and his team for their beautiful workmanship!
