  After scheduling a time for a repair to be made, Gemma ghosted us not once, but twice. Roofer missed the original appointment, rescheduled for a week later, then no-showed again. No response from them in the weeks since, despite reaching out multiple times. Don’t waste your time, look elsewhere.

Unfortunately the employee you were working with stopped reporting to work and failed to communicate with both you and our team. She is no longer employed with us. While this explains what happened, it does not excuse the frustration and inconvenience it caused.   Kyle and Natalie are both great to work with! Kyle is honest and very dependable. He inspected my roof multiple times and will give you an honest assessment on whether he feels he can legitimately help you with the insurance company. My insurance company was trying to deny my claim and Kyle helped me get a public adjuster to hold the insurance accountable for the legitimate damages they were trying not to pay for. This was before any work occurred. When it came time to perform service he was here at the date and time he said he would be. His crew was very efficient removing the old roof and installing a new roof all in one day. They did an outstanding job regarding the quality of work that was performed! Natalie and Kyle handled all of the communication with the insurance company for final billing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a roofing company that wants a reliable and honest experience!

  I have had Storm Goat out several times over the years. They have always been prompt and courteous. They have shown me pictures of the missing roof shingles and told me what is needed for repair.

  Beautiful new roof install! Kyle is very courteous, he even helped us with our shingle selection. The shingles we went with complimented our unusual brick trim. Also, did a lovely restoration effort on our patio deck.
