  Pachner Exteriors worked closely with both me and my insurance company to replace two of our roofs following hail damage.   Like a lot of other homes on the Redlands, we got hit pretty hard with hail last year. Not having dealt with hail damage, I did not know what to expect. Having our insurance company look at my roof 1st, I was a little skeptical with their saying there was little to no damage to my roof, especially after them paying out a large sum on our vehicles and trailers. Therefore, I contacted Pachner Exteriors who scheduled Nick to come take a look. Nick is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about roof construction, materials, timelines, and most importantly knows what to look for. As expected, he found damage. He offered to meet with my insurance adjuster and bring the owner of Pachner and the three of them met ‘on my roof’ the next week. They spent a lot of time and agreed that there was enough damage both easily seen as well as hidden to replace my 4K sq ft roof. The crew: One word, excellent. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were polite, covered all my bushes with tarps, and even with the job done in a professional manner, dang they are also very fast. As you can imagine there was probably a million roofing nails that had to come off, and I’d say that most were collected at cleanup. However, I do still every once in a while find a nail in the grass, bushes or planters as I prepare for spring. But honestly it’s what to be expected because like I said there were probably a million nails. I only bring this up should you have small children so you can also check for the few that get left behind. Overall, both my wife and I are very pleased with the entire process and agree that Pachner Exteriors is THE roofing company to choose.

  Our home incurred hail damage to an extent that my wife and I had never previously experienced. We were not sure how to proceed. Fortunately, a good friend recommended Pachner Exteriors to us. We called and Troy Pachner came right out. From the beginning he was consistent in his message that the insurance company was responsible for paying more for our claims than they were willing to pay, and that he could hold them accountable. Probably the biggest advantage of hiring Troy was his experience and knowledge in handling claims like ours. He told us that it would require our patience but that he wouldn’t stop until the insurance company had indemnified our home. Ultimately, Troy delivered on everything that he said he would. The repairs to our home included new roofs on the house and the shed, new gutters and downspouts, new top on the pergola, new garage doors and three new windows. The craftsmanship in each trade was professionally done and the final results are beautiful. We are extremely pleased.   We were lucky to find Troy, who handled our commercial and residential roof claims and worked out amazing settlements with our insurance companies and did quality work. I would use them again. We referred him to several of our friends and business acquaintances.
