Had our gutters done by Arvada Roofing and construction, well not really. Arvada Roofing provided an estimate, we agreed on the work, but they just couldn’t find a time to get our work done. We had to ask repeatedly to get on their schedule and when we got rained out for the first install, we were told we would be rescheduled but then had to ask repeatedly to be added back onto their schedule. Ultimately, a subcontractor was used to complete our work (which we were not aware would be done). Limited follow up from Arvada Roofing after subcontractor was involved other than to get their money. I’m guessing our job was just too small for them. Just disappointed

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, Richard. We strive to provide great customer service and regret that we missed the mark in your case. We will work on our scheduling communication and ensure to involve customers when subcontractors are being used. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services.

If you like your neighbors, don't use Arvada Roofing. I can't speak to how they actually do on the roofs. Yet as a neighbor of a customer, they do beyond a sloppy & dangerous job. I have already called to share my concerns & felt mostly blown off so thought to share to anyone that likes their neighbors. First off understand there would be some debris. Yet this was next level with multiple cleanups & had to do a bunch myself. Then they filled up gas on my yard! WT? Then working in front of my driveway got my truck tire punctured. To find both screws & nails in the road & sidewalk. Beyond that afterwards in my Rocks find 6 razor blades. SMH

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, Josh. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration caused by the debris and other issues you experienced as a neighbor of our customer. We take your feedback seriously and investigate your concerns to assess what we can do better in the future. Terrible customer service, my name isnt buddy little man! Learn how to answer your phone and talk to people especially potential customers horrible experience

  Reply from the business

Hey Joshua, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Unfortunately you left your review on the wrong company. There are 3 Arvada Roofing companies. We did not take any phone calls from a Joshua Andersen. As the owner I can tell you we never answer the phone calling people buddy or little man. I apologize another company answered the phone that way. My dad and myself answer all phone calls ourselves and I can guarantee neither one of us answered the phone the way you stated. If you do a google search you will be able to find the company that gave you a bad experience. One of them is running a google add calling themselves Arvada Roof Construction in the add. This may be where the confusion came from. If you need anything else at all or help finding the company that treated you poorly on the phone please feel free to reach out to me directly any time at 303-929-3657. I ask you please place your review on the correct companies site and remove the review that was left on our page by mistake. Thank you!

Wow. This company replaced 3 roofs for us in olde town Arvada. That was after a major hail storm in 2017 What a professional company they are! Fast forward and Johnstown had a big hailstorm. Referred them to my nephew and the insurance company went from paying 9,000 on his claim to 45,000. The difference was Arvada roofing and construction knows how to read the policy, how to submit a proper claim, and how to fight if they need to.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Ryan (the owner) fought hard for months with our insurance company! We received the maximum amount, which was impressive in itself! I wouldn't even have a new roof without Ryan's persistance, …

Arvada Roofing and Construction is always top notch! We have used them to add down spouts, clean gutters, roof inspections, etc. Edgar has been to our home on multiple occasions and is always fantastic. He is professional and thoroughly completes projects. He even shows us work completed through taking pictures and videos on his phone. I highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend! Top-tier service proved with Arvada Roofing and Construction. Ryan is truly the best contractor we could ever ask for. He knows how to work with insurance companies and understands how to play their games. He never once gave up on us and fought for us against our own insurance company. (Shame on them). Thank you a million times over for caring so much and helping us through the insurance claim process. We will always use your company and refer family and friends.

Just had Juan and Matt come by our house to determine where we might have a leak entering the roof by our wood burning stove chimney. Both were exceptional in giving my wife and I all the information needed and options for doing the repair. Arvada Roofing hires the best people and they do a wonderful job.

Arvada roofing has done my home and 2 rental properties roofs, one of which for a second time as another storm hit it last year. Ryan the owner goes above and beyond to make sure insurance covers as much as possible and make the job as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!
