  When we decided to get new siding on our house, we were unsure as to what product we wanted to use. Our house had old, outdated vinyl (which we hated) and we wanted something different. We called seven different companies and received seven different estimates, mostly for James Hardie. After receiving all 7 estimates, we decided to go with Denver Siding because I liked their approach ("we don't do change orders"). They weren't the lowest estimate and they weren't the highest estimate. We had estimates from $ 37,000 to $ 93,000 to do our house. Denver Siding came in at around $ 52,000. Another selling point for Denver Siding is that they offer 24 months with no interest. They were the ONLY company which offered that. We signed the Contract on April 30th and the salesman emailed us that day, "You can anticipate 2-3 weeks from now until installation availability for James Hardie..." A week later (on May 6), the salesman again emailed us, "I think we are 5 weeks ish for installation". We asked for corner trim which matched the siding color and that seemed to be a big deal, because that was a major point of emphasis throughout the project; they repeatedly reminded us that we asked for something different on the trim. Apparently, most people choose white corner trim and that is what they are used to. This seems to be more of a fault with the James Hardie company than with Denver Siding. The logistics of the project were less than ideal. As I stated, we signed the Contract with Denver Siding on April 30th, and our siding project was not started until April 3rd; 13 1/2 weeks later. Apparently, someone dropped the ball on ordering the siding (or trim) and the order was significantly delayed. While the owner (Jason) did take responsibility for the delay, the salesman attempted to make excuses for how it was "not their fault". I want to make clear that the work is excellent.   This company is genuinely top notch. We had them replace our old vinyl siding with Hardie, and the whole experience was painless. Jason and Robert were great to work with. They were straightforward, responsive, and friendly. Communication was solid from day one, pricing was fair, and their attention to detail shows. They even managed to start earlier than originally planned to accommodate our renovation schedule. Really happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them for siding work.

  Fantastic experience from the initial quote with Jason to managing the install with Robert. We had James Hardie siding installed on an older home (1940s). The team that came out to do the install was very efficient and did a great job! Robert made sure that any input we had on changes or updates to certain parts of the exterior were completed flawlessly. He also connected us with a painter to finish painting wire covers and our exposed foundation the same as our new siding. I would recommend Denver Siding to anyone who needed exterior work done with a more personal touch!
