Rowan has been incredible to work with. We had explored options to help mitigate the attic heat; and therefore second story heat, in our new-to-us home. We were considering whirlybirds, attic fan, or a ridge vent. Rowan helped us to understand the pros and cons of each option and highlighted other considerations that led to our decision to proceed with a ridge vent. We felt the quote was fair and the timeline of less than 2 weeks was optimal. When the crew showed up, they were quick to start working and when the job was done our yard and roof looked fabulous!! There was no roof debris to clean up. The invoice contained photos of the job's progress which I really appreciated. I highly recommend reaching out to Rowan at Solstice Roofing for your next roof or roofing project. I know I will.

Hi, Scott. Thanks so much for the review, we really appreciate you taking the time to write this! We know the details to correctly rebuild the roofing systems are complex, especially with an insurance claim. It was our pleasure to handle working with insurance, making sure everthing was included that was needed to correctly replace your roof after storm damage occurred to your property. Thanks again. Solstice has to be the best! We have a clear story addition on the back of our home. Justin is the only person that was able to solve and repair a drainage and raccoon problem, two other companies had failed. Thanks, Solstice

You're welcome. That was a challenging and difficult detail. I'm glad we were able to resolve the issue.

We had a small roof leak that we had been putting off for fear of cost, finding a good roofer, and the overall process, I called Solstice roofing, spoke with Lexi, she answered every question. Upbeat, positive, and professional, made the process very easy. Said Rowan would be reaching out to schedule a visit, which he did. Within 30 minutes he took photos, offered several options and a plan moving forward. We scheduled within 10 days for the small job. Team showed up on time, did the work as agreed for the estimate provided. I found a minor issue once completed, called Rowan, within a couple days the issue was corrected, no questions asked. I HIGHLY recommend Solstice Roofing. When needed for a roof replacement, I know who to call.

Solstice roofing and Justin were great to work with. They did what they promised in a professional manner. Replaced some boards, recaulked nails on a 12 year old roof, replaced a skylight, told me the roof was in good shape despite the hail events in Fort Collins. I would highly recommend them

Update: Solstice completed our full replacement and we highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality. This was the easiest roof replacement we’ve experienced. Installation was efficient and well done. The team also did an excellent job of cleaning up before leaving. Previous review: We’ve had roof repairs done twice with Solstice and plan to use them when we do a full replacement. They are a pleasure to work with.

This Loveland, CO roof replacement involved more than just new shingles. We installed IKO Nordic Class 4 shingles along with modified bitumen on the low-slope areas, and laced the new porch addition into the existing roof for a continuous roofing system. We also corrected the attic ventilation by switching to Lomanco 770 roof vents and increasing the soffit intake ventilation to properly balance the system. Two courses of ice and water protection were installed along the eaves for added protection against Colorado snow and ice. A roof is a system—shingles, low-slope roofing, ventilation, flashing and underlayment all need to work together. Solstice Roofing provides roof replacement, roof repair and specialty roofing in Loveland and throughout Northern Colorado. 19 hours agoLearn more
