If I could give less stars I would. Started out ok but then he wasn’t even going to get permits until I mentioned it. Had me do a lot of the leg work to figure stuff out for the permits which is crazy because that’s why I’m hired him. Then charged me $1800 for a blueprint to get the permits. The guy he used was just making ordinances up and I had to again do the leg work to find out what they actually were. After all that he told me it’s going to be $6000 more because his carpenter bailed! That’s not my problem. I signed a contract for a certain price! Absolutely ridiculous! Don’t use this guy for anything!

So my husband and I have been dealing with Stofan Construction for about 9 years. Every time we call Evo, the owner, gets back to us right away. They did our roof on the house, did the roof on our shed and built new walls and sided the shed. Last year did the pointing on our house and put up new shudders. Just recently they put a new floor in the shed. They put in new front door and screen door also garage door to the house. They also just finished our new windows and siding. I can not say enough about this company. Evo is great to work with. His workers are hard dedicated workers. They arrive at the time they say they will and they work ALL day except for a lunch break. I honestly don’t think they stop for a potty break. They are meticulous. Every detail is taken care of and their work is superb. If they find a existing problem they don’t cover it up, they tell you about it and give you the option to have it repaired. Super nice people, everyone of them. If you need siding, windows, roof , shed repairs, pointing of your bricks, shudders. These are the guys to call. Prices are good. Cheapest we found.

Stofan Construction was definitely a good choice when looking for a siding contractor. The installers were prompt, courteous and worked together to make sure our house looks beautiful. Ivo replied quickly to answer any questions we had and was helpful when we wanted to change or add to the project. He genuinely cares about his clients. This company deserves more than 5 stars!

A bad wind/rain storm tore siding from the side of the house. I am a widow on very fixed income and these kinds of problems cause me terrible stress. Ivo Stofan came right out, gave me a price and it was less than I expected, he had the work done perfectly and matched the siding perfectly. This is the second time I had Stofan Construction do work for me and I would not consider calling anyone else.

They did a fantastic and extremely efficient job on my new roof. They cleaned up so good that you wouldn't know that they just put on a new roof. I would recommend them to everyone. I know. I will think of them when I need any work in the future. If possible I would give them 6 stars they were that good.

Stofan Construction did our siding, roof and windows in 2022. They did a fantastic job. Ivo was great to work with and really helped answer any questions. I had a piece of siding come off from wind and i text him at 8:00am, someone was here by 9:00am to fix it. Great service and will always refer them!

Stofan did the siding and roofing on our house October 2025. Ivo was really great with communication (always prompt and detailed), he listened to what we wanted, had very fair with pricing, and his crew did a fantastic job. The quality of the materials used, explanation of set up and during the job, as well as the workmanship itself was great. He also did roof jobs for two of my neighbors after they saw the quality of work and professionalism.

Stofan's crew did an amazing job replacing my roof! They showed up on the dot and immediately went to work. They are a well-oiled machine. They didn't stop all day except for about 20 minutes for lunch. They completed the job in a single day. They worked over 12 hours to complete the job. I was amazed at the extra time they took to clean-up from the job. They cleaned my property so thoroughly that it was cleaner than before they started. They are the only roofers I've ever seen who didn't play loud music while they worked, which I appreciated since I worked from home that day. The price was excellent. I cannot recommend Stofan Construction enough. You will be extremely happy with their work.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Stofan Construction! Not only did they do a phenomenal job but they were very professional, friendly and responsive to my questions. They cleaned up nicely every day and came when they said they were going to come. We are so happy with the finished product and our neighbors have reached out and been very complimentary of our new roof, siding and gutters. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone in need of these services and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for any additional work!
