  Absolutely the worst experience in our entire life! We should have taken heed to the red flags from day 1! When they rushed to start replacing our roof on the day we had a terrible storm, our roof was only quarter way closed. The rest was entirely open and unprotected! Which of course created an entire nightmare for us. It stormed and hailed the down pour lasted atleast 15-20 minutes! This occurred July 27,2026 and they are just finishing up today August 14, 2026! They did replace the banister on our deck for some type of compensation🤷🏾‍♀️ there's much more but I just to much to type. Never again and I do not recommend! And we still paid in full!! And on time after all the repairs were completed. After several complaints.

  It is very careless company. They work in my neighbor roof and they dropped the roll of membrane from his roof on my car. They don’t care about OSHA. After they damaged my car I wanted to see their insurance and work permit but they gave me only the insurance. I guess they work without a work permit.

  They were horrible. Mike came out. Ran a drone across my roof and said he could fix my roof leak. $13,500 later my roof continued to leak. They replaced the two small dormers because he said that's where it was leaking from. The very first rain, it continued to leak. Many phone calls later and two visits from "repairmen", still leaking. Then finally get a call from a supervisor and was told that they weren't repairing the roof. Only the dormers. Nice right?!! Don't trust them or use them. Especially do not trust the salesman "Mike Munz" as he introduced himself as.

  They run this like a scam. I contacted them through Angie’s List and a representative reached out. I clearly explained that we were looking for a simple roofing quote for a rental investment property. The tenants were available to meet them on-site — no problem. They refused to give a quote unless both my wife and I were physically present, even though it’s not our residence. How incompetent do you have to be to turn down work because the property owners can’t take off work to babysit a contractor? To make it even more ridiculous, our office is literally 1 mile away if they “need” to talk to me in person. But no — they still refused. If they can’t handle giving a quote, how would they handle a roof?

  I called for a window capping estimate & was told the man would be there the next day between 8-10am. I received a confirmation Email. No show, no call. By 10:30 I called, man called back before 11:00 to tell me I need a handyman for a job of this nature. Had I not called, it was just being ignored. I deserved a call letting me know this & not waiting around for hours. Very disappointing after I read such good reviews!

  Stop coming to my zip code in MONTCO and dropping off flyers to my front door, very annoying! My neighbors and I are annoyed w/ repeated solicitation especially if your company isn’t competitively priced like the company that I’m going with! Read our no solicitation signs SMH!

  This crew worked tirelessly and encountered numerous challenges in bringing my home to its present condition. They were helpful and courteous Fantastic workers. Hope you get this crew to restore your home . Have gotten so many compliments on the improvement I would Highly recommend this company to do your project. UPDATE while siding looked good initially have been having Continuous issues with siding falling off. Separating. And warping. Crew has been here several times to fix. Still having problems I have contacted my sales Rep since August 14th about new issues with absolutely No response

  What a great experience and communication - very professional and organized and I loved how the paint color was matched for the new windows for the barn (not an easy task). It was like Christmas morning every time I walked outside to see the project progressing- so beautiful and such hard workers!! Thank you so much!!!! We are so pleased with the outcome! Will recommend for sure!!

  During a high windstorm, we lost a good portion of our siding on the side of our house. After meeting with several contractors and restoration experts, we chose Munz Roofing for the following reasons: 1) their builders are required to take continuing siding and roofing training thereby ensuring that no matter which team is assigned to a project, all siding and roofing repairs are performed uniformly and meet identical standards; 2) continual training also ensures that the teams are kept updated in the latest procedures and governmental requirements; 3) their bid was very fair for the amount of work completed; 4) their staff from sales, finance, and building teams were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of the property and property owners; and 5) they were quite helpful in assisting with the insurance company. The team assigned to our project was 5 star for everything. James the sales and project assigned was accessible and responsive from start to finish. Our team led by project supervisor Vadim and team members Dustan and Tessiah were friendly, respectful, so very neat and clean throughout the project, and were efficient and very knowledgeable in their work. They completed our project in the timeframe promised. We defintely will contract Munz Roofing for additional future projects we have planned and will definitely request Vadim and his team for our next project.

  I don't have the words to express how happy we are with Munz on our roof and gutter replacement. Two weeks after signing the contract, the job was wrapped up. The staff at Munz, including James, Eric, Dan, and Chris, were incredibly professional. I was particularly impressed that prior to the start of the work, Chris, the project manager assigned to our job, reached out with all the details. He was onsite and in touch multiple times during the roof replacement which was completely finished in just one day. On the following day, when our gutters were replaced, he instantly responded to my text with a phone call and answered some questions I had. This degree of responsiveness and hand holding is rare in today's business environment. I whole hardheartedly recommend Munz for your roofing needs.

  Thank you SOOO much for your approach to the affordable assessment (with a drone) of my roof replacement and skylight with solar powered shade, and following up with the one day install in my requested time frame. My onsite sales rep Mark Arsenich was thorough , clear and kind. My other three contacts, Mark H, project manager, Eric Guidi and Dan in the office all worked with me to obtain HOA requirements expeditiously. They all stayed in touch throughout the process. Shout out to the whole the team and their leader that showed up on time, barely took a break and left my property so clean and undamaged I was blown away. Even neighbors commented! You all go the extra mile... Thanks again-roof looks great and I LOVE my new roof window with solar shade!

  Had a great experience with Munz Roofing and Siding from start to finish. Everyone was very attentive and easy to work with. Bryan, Chris, and Eric were all extremely helpful throughout the process, always easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew worked incredibly hard and got everything done efficiently without cutting corners. They paid attention to the small details, did a great job, and cleaned everything up afterward. Very happy with how everything turned out and the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend Munz Roofing and Siding!

  My new gutters and downspouts look great spouts look great. My initial contact with the company, Jeff was great. Arrived on time, was knowledgeable, nice and professional. The guys that arrived to do the work were also nice and professional and did a great job. They also did a thoroughly awesome clean up leaving nothing on the ground. In my past experience with other companies doing work for me that has never happened. I would highly recommend.

  I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg’s work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. Five stars, and if you can, request Chris and Oleg by name as your crew.

  I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my flat roof! From the first consultation to the finished job, the team was professional, honest, and hardworking.   We purchased a home with a flat roof 4 years ago. Supposedly the roof was repaired before we took ownership. Within 3 years the roof was leaking badly into our bedroom and living room. We had a local contractor do a repair that lasted less than 7 months before the leaks recurred. We knew we needed a quality company and we found Munz Roofing and Siding. They were great from the get go. A representative met us at our home to discuss all the details of replacing our roof entirely. The project manager Mark guided us through every step of the process and their team of professionals went to work on our roof. Our old roof was literally removed and disposed of and and entire new roof installed. After one of the worst winters in decades 2025-26, our roof passed with flying colors, not a drop of leakage. The photos of the work done and the lack of any further issues convinced us of the high quality of workmanship we received. We highly recommended Munz Roofing And Siding for anyones Roofing needs and thank them all for a great job...!

  We recently completed a siding project with Munz Roofing and Siding. The end result was great and we are very happy with our new siding that replaced the 50 year old cement board the house originally had. Chase C the Remodeling Specialist worked with us to scope the project for our budget and help with siding selection and Jeff M the project manager kept us informed throughout even though we were on a trip overseas during the entire project. He sent pictures and status updates and talked through any questions along the way. We came home to a complete job and a clean yard. Everyone was professional and the process was hassle free. I recommend Munz based on our experience.

  This is the second time we've worked with Munz Roofing and we were delighted once again. The Munz team are unfailingly professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. Our most recent roof and gutter project was done incredibly quickly and on budget. The end results were great! Special shout out to Mark and his installation crew for the excellent communication throughout the project. He went above and beyond in keeping us posted on the process as we were not onsite during installation.
