KPI installed a 20,000 foot commercial roof for me. The quality of the work and their communication was top notch. Their professionalism and integrity was second to none. I would not hesitate to have them do work for us in the future. They are top rated.

Highly recommend. We dealt with Mike for the contract details. Workers were polite and respectful. Clean up was thorough. It was a 2 step process since our electric company had to remove our solar panels first. Mike worked with us to schedule the roof replacement around the electric company work.

KPI Jr. Exteriors recently replaced my roof, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly attentive to every question and concern I had throughout the process. What really stood out was their prompt service and communication. They kept me informed every step of the way, arrived exactly when scheduled, and made the entire project stress-free. The crew worked efficiently and completed the entire roof replacement in just one day, which was truly impressive. Despite the speed, the quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the cleanup afterward was spotless. In addition to the excellent service and craftsmanship, KPI Jr. Exteriors provided tremendous value. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and the quality of the materials and work exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend KPI Jr. Exteriors to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and efficient roofing company. They delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Mike is a great guy. Values his customers. He’s not happy until you’re satisfied with the job. He installed a new roof for us, now he’s going to install our new windows. Nice work for a fair price.

KPMjr work on the house with Hardy fiber cement siding was excellent. Mike, the owner, was responsive and always available with updates and information. His 2 workers were friendly and very professional, and answered my questions. Very satisfied and the house, siding looks beautiful. Jim Shannon

KPI Jr recently replaced 10 windows and repaired other siding issues for my home. Michael is a wonderful communicator- he listens carefully and makes suggestions, provides options and advice, but doesn't try to upsell. The work was done beautifully at a fair price. I appreciate the work ethic and attention to detail.
