  I did a walk around with Jack and talked about the estimate and showed him the damage the water was causing from our bad roof. The second floor and kitchen. Well the guys showed up, early, as they should. They did a fantastic job. The one star is bc they didn't do all the roof. Just the second floor roof. He never said hey this much for this and then this much for that! NO! He said 3200 for the whole roof! Not one time did he mention more for the kitchen roof!! Disappointed!! 1200 he said to finish it!! Unbelievable!! Angry!!🤬😡

  I don't live in this area one rainy night a stream of water came down in a bedroom. I made 3 calls . I was nice but concerned because I have to head back where I live. John Rafferty instead calls me and scolds me for calling his business 3 times about an active leak in the bedroom. He explained he doesn't sit by phone , he honors his work etc . Wasn't challenging that just needed a timely response.I realize as an adult the sun doesn't rise or set around me I have no problem with that at all but what I do expect is for someone to say . Real busy got your message (acknowledge call) we will get back to you . That would have been fine by me. Then he ask do you want me to come. Absolutely because what you did is under warranty so be mad at me for calling all you want . Takes some nerve . I pride myself in trying to be kind and considerate to everyone and UNDERSTANDING.

  MR. Rafferty and his team did a good job on my roof before we sold our Duplex. He explained to my husband and I what we needed to do for our roof, communicated from start to finish. His team is professional, punctuality, cleaning up afterwards. Pricing is reasonable and no extra charges from the initial estimation or over charges. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work

  I had my roof done by Rafferty Roofing . They did an excellent job. I had a leak in one of my bedrooms from all the snow ice & water damage recently.. They came out the very next day to check it out. They did an awesome job. They are very reasonable price and worked with me. My roof is guaranteed too . And you trust them. I would recommend them.they are experienced & are very knowledgeable & helpful. Thanks again.

  It's hard to know where to start about this outfit. You don't get 4.9 Stars on 80-plus Google reviews without everything good having already been said. Let's just say Jack Rafferty and company are fine, old-school tradesmen with all that implies: competence, integrity, fairness and accountability. They have worked on five buildings for me over an eight year period, all to my complete satisfaction. On several occasions they came to troubleshoot small problems and resolved them inexpensively without trying to sell me bigger jobs. I've been a landlord for 35 years and have seen it all. Rafferty is the best. One last note: Rafferty maintains Workers Compensation insurance so property owners are protected against liability in the event of accidental injury to a worker.

  Who would thing getting your roof replaced would be so easy. Jack was a pleasure to work with, always called back and he and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled. Actually they were a little bit early. Job went smoothly and they are incredible to watch. Talk about being organized wow!!! They even trimmed away some of my tree branches that were to close to the roof. Roof was tested the same night (it poured). I would recommend them to anyone. I told Jack he was our new family roofer.

  Was referred to Jack Rafferty by family. We spoke on the phone, set an appt to get a quote. Was given a scope of work and a very reasonable price. He did the job and met me the next day for payment. Jack was pleasant on the phone and more so in person. I will recommend to anyone needing work done.

  What a wonderful company! Jack was quick to respond with an good estimate. His team did a great job and left things spotless. I felt like they are old school. They are reliable, reasonable and quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company.
