Yakub came out to give us an estimate for our gutters, and his price was by far the most competitive of the quotes we received. He was also able to get us on the schedule quickly. The team showed up promptly, did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up beautifully afterward. The whole process was so quick and quiet that I honestly didn’t even realize they had finished until they were gone! 😂 We’re very happy with the work and the experience from start to finish. Called Master Star around lunchtime the other day. Yakup answered and was at our home to address a water-stained drop ceiling by 430pm. He suggested a couple options and even had spare bits in the truck to fix things right away. Even working with difficult aluminum siding, he slid a piece of overlapping J-channel behind the exposed opening above the siding. This should prevent water seepage during winter ice dams and snow (which I think was the previous culprit). Time will tell, of course, but Yakup discussed future cost effective repair possibilities if my leak returns this winter. Can’t Thank Yakup enough for his timely and thoughtful work.
