Hired ClayHill Construction to replace the roof on my 2100sq ft home. we went with a cobblestone grey architectural shingle(Dimensional shingle), very punctual crew arrived at agreed time, also finished in 3 days as planned and agreed. Really 2 days as the last day they did an excellent job cleaning up, no nails or old shingles left anywhere(also appreciate they used a tarp over my bushes during tear off). Great experience!

From the moment we hired Clay Hill Construction to renovate my mother's front porch and bathroom, we knew we had made the perfect choice. Chris and his exceptional team didn't just complete a renovation—they created a transformation that exceeded our expectations in every way. The front porch, once deteriorating and unsafe, has been meticulously restored into a beautiful, secure entryway that enhances the entire home. Their attention to detail is evident in every board and nail. The craftsmanship speaks for itself, but it's their approach to the project that truly sets them apart. The bathroom renovation was nothing short of remarkable. Clay Hill executed a complete gut and redesign with precision and creativity. They even ingeniously converted the adjacent linen closet into a laundry area, maximizing functionality in the space. Their innovative thinking and skilled execution have completely modernized this essential part of my mother's home. What makes Clay Hill Construction truly special is how they treat their clients. Chris and his team approached our project with genuine care, treating us like extended family throughout the process. Their warmth, respect, and constant communication made what could have been a stressful renovation into a genuinely enjoyable experience. We're so impressed that we're already trying to secure a spot on their schedule for my mother's kitchen renovation. If you're considering a construction project of any size, I cannot recommend Clay Hill Construction highly enough. Their exceptional work, professional demeanor, and personal touch make them the absolute gold standard in home renovation.
