  The salesman was not punctual. We had a time set up for a consultation and he called about an hour later claiming he needed to reschedule. Grew upset we couldn’t accommodate his plans, even tho we’re the paying customers. Setting up the consultation was a bigger pain that what it should had been. Had windows replaced for 75% of the house. Tech were fast for the install, but left trash and junk in my home. They didn’t insulate the areas they worked at either. Now there’s a draft from every window installed. It’s colder in the winter and hotter in the summer. The window itself feels flimsy and is easily scuffed.

  **Update #3** The owner called me in response to this review, and asked if I would raise it, provided they made it right. I agreed, but unfortunately, I'm not able to raise it. Yes, I finally got the windows. I had ordered them with solar screens. Those were fine. In addition, I had ordered 6 separate solar screens to replace my existing ones so they'd all match. I was told they would arrive on a separate shipment. Well, the shipment finally arrived...but... they weren't the right screens. They were standard screens, not dark solar screens as I had ordered AND paid for. The install guy called after he recognized it, the company admitted their error, and placed a *rush* order to have the correct ones sent......2 weeks ago!! I haven't heard anything since. What's worse is that not only was I charged an additional $500 to for these extra 6 solar screens, but they also took my existing solar screens I had from another company. Now I'm left with half of a house with dark solar screens, and half a house of regular screens, and I have to pay an additional $500 for screens I never received. To add to an already nightmare of a process, one of the 6 regular screens they delivered wasn't even the right size. I doubt any restitution will be offered at this point. Now I have to call another third-party company to make solar screens that won't match and pay another few hundred more dollars to at least have solar screens all around. Think I'm done with this company. **Update #2** It's now been yet ANOTHER week, with no ETA on install. Apparently, the windows are stuck in the warehouse somewhere, awaiting shipment, and it's now been going on 4-5 weeks. **Update #1** Last I was told they are STILL stuck in the warehouse and they are waiting to get the manifest for shipping...this was on Thursday. It's now Tuesday the following week...and still NOTHING!. Not ONE apology from the company, manager, or anyone, and STILL no install date! This is absurd! I will not do business wit

  Horrible service, inexperienced workers. The estimate given is a starting point. They will add to the cost after they start the job. Their follow-up or call back is a joke. Never use them for anything associated with your home or business.

  We had a sliding door and flooring put in 2 years ago. The original work was alright, although they were sent back out to finish it and we were never thrilled with them reusing the original trim as it looks really old and shoddy. The real issue came in trying to get warranty work done because the door leaks and the floor is soaked everytime there's a good rain. The first call we left a message. Crickets. The second call, the same. The third call we got a salesman who was on top of things. He sent the owners brother out who had someone come caulk the door and said they'd need to replace the floor. Here we are a month later, the door's still leaking and no calls about the floor.🤨 They had a great customer-first vibe when we met them, but it's possible they've grown a bit too much.

  I hired Stevan Buren to refinish my original hardwood floors earlier this year. The customer service arm of the company was somewhat decent, and the owners were kind. The execution and quality of the work however was shoddy at best. They subcontracted the work out to someone else who was sloppy and didn’t even use the correct materials. I requested a custom stain color with three layers of oil based poly sealer. I have kids and dogs so I know they’re tough on floors. They got way behind on the job and decided to try and catch up they would use water based poly. The first day we were back it became very obvious. Huge gouges and scratches showed up. They came and looked and admitted to using the wrong sealer. They scheduled a time to come back and fix it. Their subcontracted crew came back and buffed the floor and put oil based on top. The floor immediately began to bubble. You can’t put oil on top of water. They tried to say it was likely a defective batch of poly. They then scheduled a time to come back a third time to do my floors. The third time they had to sand back to raw wood and restain. This time they did the job correctly, but the work was terrible. There are pieces of wood sealed on top of my floor, there are gobs of what looks like hair in the floor, they didn’t bother to try and keep the stain off my baseboards, etc. I contacted them, they said that’s not like our crews. Sorry. They offered to paint my baseboards but never showed up when they said they would. At that point I told them I didn’t want them back in my house. We had paid full price for a floor, paid for a hotel stay twice (I made them pay for the third- only after an argument), and been out of our house for almost a combined total of 3 weeks. I would not recommend them for flooring, which makes me pretty sad because they do a lot of good things for the community. It’s not been about 6 months and my floors have not stood up at all. There are large gouges all the way to the wood. I

  My floors are lifting up in places, and when we contacted the company, they were frustrated and did not seem to want to work with us on getting them fixed. I will never recommend this company to anyone! They are yet to be fixed....

We log every call, and have received no calls to the office regarding any flooring warranty issues. Unfortunately the only Davis surnames in our system are for roofing jobs.   We hate choosing a Contractor! From the time I met Brandon I had a feeling I was talking to a Stand Up guy! Then Marley came over and did bids and they were reasonable! Kia came over and discussed the plan, then Cindy was checking in. We have two crews. The painters we have requested to do our exterior! Franky, Jose and Louis! After the roof repair we decided to finally get our interior house painted! They are so meticulous it was a pleasure working with them! So we are also having them paint the exterior!!! Also, they Restored my exterior front door and my interior and exterior porch door!! With the same meticulously! This has been the easiest experience with a Contractor!!!!! Bill and Marla

  Had all our windows replaced by Stevan Buren and was very pleased with them. Very professional and courteous. Windows are excellent quality and reasonably priced. Installation crew were awesome and respectful of our home. You can't go wrong with using them! The lead installation guy even adjusted our entry door to close better.

  Excellent customer service and the roof was replaced very quickly after the hail storm. The roofing crew was great and worked around my time schedule and my yard was left clean. Lucas worked with my insurance company and was great to work with.

  Discovered some shingles missing from a prior storm. They came out, inspected it, gave me some options, then made the repairs before the next storm rolled in. Very satisfied.

  Had Steven Buren out twice. Once to replace some glass for a broken window and the second time for a leaky roof. Jesse was honest and clear both times and the crew was on time, neat , efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Wil use these guys again.

  I would definitely recommend Stevan Buren to anyone. Jesse was amazing from the first moment we met him. He went above and beyond through the whole process of repairing our roof. He was a blessing and kept contact with us, not only while repairing but also afterwards. He needs to be commended for such caring and compassion when a customer is going through a hard time.
