  Seems sketchy. Called to make an appointmnet / get an estimate and some one answered... no introduction and just asked 'estimate or appointment'. I said I needed a quote and then they asked 'what kind of service'. Which seems confusing if your 'calling a roofing' company. I asked 'what kind of services do you offer?' and they hung up on me.

  My mother told me about Navarro Brothers Roofing after my daughter and son-in-law had their roof replaced and had a great experience. When my home had roof damage, I reached out, and I am so glad I did. Miguel took care of the whole process, from scheduling the roofing work and gutter replacement to coordinating the interior paint repairs that were needed afterward. He was very experienced, patient, and kind the entire time. He explained the roofing process in simple terms, answered every question quickly, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. I never felt pushed or hurried, and that meant a lot. In Granbury, it is important to have a roofing crew that understands the heat, storms, and the kind of wear a roof and gutters can take, and that really showed in the quality of the work. Everything turned out great, and the finished roof, gutters, and interior repairs all looked excellent. The job site was handled professionally, communication was clear, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them for roofing and related repairs.

  we had a roof leak above the second-floor master bedroom and bathroom during a big storm, and water was coming into the bathroom and moving across the back part of the house, with moisture starting to seep toward the bedrooms. i also noticed ceiling stains in the front bedrooms and in the middle of the living room. i contacted navarro brothers roofing through home advisor, and luis came out the very next day. i walked him through all the problem areas, and within about five minutes he had a clear idea of the roofing issue and gave me a fair quote. he also said he wanted to verify everything first. he brought out his ladder, got up on the roof, and confirmed that the rubber pipe vent boots were worn out and that a loose nail on the shingle roof was letting water in. he explained the repair in simple terms, which made the whole process easy to understand. luis was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. he prepared the estimate, we scheduled the work, and the repair was completed smoothly. the crew showed up on time, worked carefully, and fixed the leak without any hassle. since the repair, the leak is gone and the stained areas have stayed dry, even through more strong rain. i would use this roofing company again and would gladly recommend them to a friend because the service was honest, quick, and well done.

  I highly recommend this roofing team for storm damage roof repair and replacement, along with siding and gutter work. The whole job was smooth, easy, and low stress, especially because they handled the insurance process and kept everything moving. They matched our siding very well, and the new roof and gutters look great and fit the home perfectly. Miguel, our project manager, was very helpful, easy to reach, and great at communication. He kept us updated through every step of the roofing project, answered all of our questions, and came by after each phase to make sure the work was done right and that we were happy with the results.   i found this roofing company not long after i moved to Granbury. i was looking online for someone to install new gutters and handle some roof work on a house i owned, and i saw a lot of strong reviews. i called for an estimate, and johnathan came out to inspect the roofline, gutters, and drainage. he gave me a fair price, explained the work in simple terms, and i decided to hire them. they did a great job. later on, when i was having the outside of my house updated, i wanted bigger gutters and also needed a few minor roof repairs. because of my first good experience, i did not bother calling other roofing contractors. i asked johnathan to quote the gutter upgrade, roof tune-up, and a few small flashing repairs around the home. the crew finished the work quickly and did excellent work. everything looked clean, the gutters were installed properly, and the roof repairs were done with care. they also made sure water would drain well during heavy Texas rain and that the system would hold up in the hot weather. my husband is not easy to impress, but after seeing the finished work, he said we will absolutely call them again when it is time for a full roof replacement. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter services.

  Our great experience began when Luis and Betty came by and explained the roofing process in a clear and professional way. They walked us through how they would inspect the roof, help with the insurance claim, and handle the work from start to finish. We signed the paperwork and watched Navarro Brothers Roofing get everything moving right away. They worked directly with our insurance company and negotiated the claim for us, so my wife and I did not have to deal with the stress. We ended up with a great settlement and could not be more pleased. We received a new roof, new gutters, repairs to our covered outdoor areas, and fresh exterior paint. They also helped with the interior damage settlement, which made the whole project even more complete. Johnathan stayed on top of every part of the job and made sure all crews and subcontractors did quality work. Everything was scheduled well and finished on time. The workmanship on the roof, gutters, and related repairs was outstanding. Since we were away from Granbury during much of the project, it meant a lot to have a roofing company manage everything so well and keep us updated. That kind of service really gives peace of mind.   We hired a roofing contractor to replace the roof on our home soon after we moved in, since it was clear the old shingles were near the end of their life. We gathered several estimates, and their roofing bid was very competitive. I really appreciated the clear, detailed proposal and the time they took to have a technician come out and walk us through the full scope of work, materials, and what was included in the roof replacement. Because this is Texas and the weather can shift with heat, rain, and storms, I wanted to make sure the installation was done under the right conditions for proper shingle sealing and long-term roof performance. They were very knowledgeable and explained their scheduling process well, making it clear they would install the roof only when conditions were right. That gave us a lot of confidence in their approach. Luis kept us updated throughout the project and was always quick to answer questions. Even with changing weather and rainy days slowing down the schedule, communication stayed strong the whole time. The job was first expected to take two days, but to avoid delays and help protect the house, they brought in a larger roofing crew and finished everything in one day once the weather cooperated. Another thing that stood out was how thoughtful and professional they were. They even notified our neighbors ahead of time that roofing work would be taking place and shared contact information in case any cleanup concerns came up.   miguel came out to fix a leak on my roof, and he made sure everything was done right until i was totally happy. my house is older and the roof isn't easy to work on, but that wasn't a problem for him. after a big storm hit granbury, my roof got damaged again. miguel showed up the next day, gave me a clear estimate, and even helped patch up the spots that were letting water in. once my insurance said yes to the replacement, the crew came right out and put on a brand new metal roof in just one day. i'll definitely recommend them to anyone in granbury who needs roofing work!
