  Had my roof replaced a year back. Originally heard good things about this company but was very unhappy with the results. The team working on my roof was constantly called off the job leaving me with paper roofs when the rains came. After the job was “finished” there was multiple things left incomplete like painting the flashings and cheap workmanship. Wouldn’t recommend to any friends

  Hi Matt, I am concerned that you have posted this review with the incorrect company. We do not have any record of anyone by your name in our system. Furthermore, we don't use paper felt. We use fully synthetic underlayment and would never allow our crew to leave a worksite in those conditions. While we are very sorry for your experience, we believe this review was left in error on our business profile and does not apply to our company.

  A+ Roofing & Construction replaced our roof in 2023. The roof initially looked fine, but we later experienced issues with follow-through and cleanup. During the final walkaround/payment visit, we advised we had picked up hundreds of nails around our property and dozens in the street, and we were told the neighbors “can send him the bill.” We were also told someone would return with a magnet for another sweep, but that did not happen. We also pointed out damage to our newer fence and were told it would be repaired, but no one returned. In 2025, we experienced a leak that caused interior water damage requiring professional water mitigation. We attempted to resolve the matter directly, but reimbursement was refused. We ultimately filed a small claims case in Hood County, Texas. On December 9, 2025, the Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 ruled in our favor for remediation costs and court costs. A+ Roofing’s website highlights “Honesty” and “Integrity,” including: “You can expect honesty in all that we do,” and “We stand by our word…” Based on our experience, we did not receive the level of follow-through those statements imply. As payment was not received within the voluntary period, an Abstract of Judgment was filed in Hood County on January 13, 2026 (Document No. 2026-0000520). Posting this review to share our experience factually so others can make an informed decision.

  A Plus Roofing ALWAYS does quality work and puts the customer first! I would highly recommend A Plus Roofing to anybody. They are always very fair in their pricing and as an added bonus they are not only ran by Chad but also by God! They came out to my place of employment to complete a quote and ended up completing the work right after looking at what was needed! Now this may not be the case every time but I can promise that if you go with A Plus their team will take care of you!

  A+‼️😊 For anyone deciding on a roofing company my brother highly recommends A + Roofing and Construction. Here is what he posted today: "This eval is actually a follow up some ten months after the first encounter. I bought a house in Granbury in April, 2024. The inspection showed some minor issues with the roof and these were handled by A Plus Roofing and Construction in the course of the transaction. The process was expedient and satisfactory in all respects. Now, a little more than ten months later I had some other shingles (not the ones originally replaced) blown off the roof in a wind storm this last Saturday. I decided to try A Plus once again and contacted them on Sunday, only expecting to leave a message, but to my surprise they replied which made it possible for me to explain that I needed another roof repair. This was done by text message. A representative came out Monday afternoon (which surprised me because I knew they would be exceptionally busy due to the damage done to numerous roofs by the strong winds) and he got there at about 5:30. I had not expected him to show up at that hour, but was very pleased that he did. He was cordial, efficient and got the inspection handled right away. His demeanor was exemplary. I asked when he thought it might be possible for someone to come out and handle the repairs and he said he would speak to the business office and try to get them out as soon as they could make it. The rest of the story is that a crew came by my house the very next day and finished the job. They were pleasant and quite helpful. My summary is that much like the name of the company, the business office deserves an A Plus, the inspector deserves an A Plus and the work crew deserves an A Plus. Well done all. The next time I need roof work I will be back in touch."

  I can’t submit a review of A+ Roofing without mentioning their people. Their people make them the best. Bottom line - the team of Chad, the owner; Holly, Operations/Office manager; and Tonka, our Project Manager, all provide excellent service and demand it from all of their team members. Tonka walked us through every decision, gave us his invaluable insights and recommendations, monitored the full project, and remains in contact with us now, weeks after completion, to ensure we are completely please with the final project. A+ Roofing will always be our choice and have our full recommendation.
