  I've had my roof repaced just about two month now. There is a side leaking during heavy rain and it happed just after when we replaced our root/cutter system. I've called/e-mailed couple of times, no boby responded. Extremly frastrated and dissatisfied wtih the service. The side leaking starts to damage our front guard and leave potholes on the side of the house. Very very bad customer serice they igonore the phone calls or e-mails after the work is done.

  We had a complete roof replacement including new under-layer. On the front end I discussed dumpster weight with the salesman to avoid damage to the driveway. That much tear-off is extremely heavy. He assured me that the weight would be managed by changes to a new empty dumpster as the project progressed. This was not done. The dumpster was loaded two feet above the top. We also had a torrential rain during the project that added inches of heavy water to the dumpster The dumpster was then not picked up until two days after the workers completed the work. By now it also had a flat tire. After it was moved, there was a noticeable depression in the cement slab where it had sat. On closing it was pointed out to the salesman what had happened. His remark was that the damage was the responsibility of the dumpster company, not Roof Advisors! The dumpster company is his contractor which made no sense. Bottom-line - driveway damage that was not repaired. Also, the vent work was not properly completed on the roof after I inspected it. At first the crew leader assured me it was. But later they agreed it wasn't done right and fixed it. If I hadn't insisted it probably never would have been corrected. I hope this is helpful as you consider using this company.

  I called because I had a roof leak that needed repair. I tried to ask questions and the lady just said that their expert would call me back. Never got a call back. I guess they don't want any business.

We do have an overflow call service, and we've had some issues getting messages from them. We are addressing that, and it sounds like you may have been dropped on that end.   I had four shingles blow off in severe storm. Roof Advisor quoted me minimum $700 to replace whole section. They told me I should contact my insurance and found two other areas they recommended replacing. They would have to temp cover until the job could be done. I called another company and they fixed it like new the same day for $75.

When a storm comes through, we find many individuals offering a quick or cosmetic repair, rather than fully reviewing the extent of the damage. We do caution homeowners against these sorts of repairs. The person who came to your property was a HAAG Engineering, Wind Certified Advisor, and found damage in multiple locations, in addition to the four missing shingles. Because of the extent of the damage, he made the recommendation that you reach out to your insurance provider to fully restore your property. Our goal is to ensure a high-quality repair that restores your roofing system to the condition it was in prior to the storm and to ensure that it is water tight and able to provide meaningful protection to your home. Our Advisors are not commissioned. They are not incentivized by the scope of work, which ensures that they offer unbiased advice and only recommend needed repairs. Your feedback has helped us see that we did fail in reaching a mutual understanding at our visit. In speaking with you afterwards, you let us know you were only interested in replacing the four missing shingles, and that you’d address other damaged locations if and when they came off. We’re so sorry that it was only after our Advisor was out that we came to understand that. We pride ourselves on excellent communication, and your feedback has shown us that we fell short of that goal. We’ll take this as an opportunity to improve. We wish you all the best.

  I live in Northridge condominiums, building 10 (the guys are on building 12 today). They did a superb job, and the perimeter of our building is very tidy -- every fallen shingle picked up! Also, the crews have been wonderfully courteous about minimizing parking disruption from the numerous trucks and equipment they must use.

  Servie was very good, starting from the beginning process all the way to the finish product. Paul was extremelly helpful in explaining what needs to happen for the repair, and what materials would fit our needs.   Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this team and business! Paul has been amazing throughout this whole process. From giving me my quote when I was looking into buying my home, to follow up, and walking me through each step he’s always been so helpful and supportive. Elise was amazing at logistics, talking me through timeline updates, helping with my loan and walking me through some unexpected things the day of the install. Chris stopped by and checked in on the project, helped answer questions and was super supportive. The production crew was so hardworking, kind, respectful of my yard and neighbors, and did a fantastic job!!! As a first time homebuyer, this is the 2nd largest purchase I’ve ever made and the whole team made the process so smooth. I had already referred my mom to them before my roof was even installed because they were so great!

  Paul was great to work with from the roof inspection stage through the installation. He clearly explained our options, answered our questions, and provided samples to help us make the final color selection. Unlike other roofing companies that we asked for a quote, there was absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision or any decision. The quoted price was very attractive and fair. We were especially impressed with the thorough cleanup after the roof was installed.
