The roof they installed a number of years ago needs repair. The owner's son came out and gave me an estimate. I had some questions about the estimate and I have called 10 times to get a return call about it. Neither the son nor the owner has ever returned my call. Terrible customer service.

STEC fixed a broken bathroom vent pipe in my attic. Instead of reconnecting the 10 ft flexible tube, they shortened it to 3 ft and vented out of the roof nearby. The point I am making is they fixed the issue in such a way that it should not …

My Wife and I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job STEC Roofing did on our home! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress free. STEC Roofing completely replaced our roof shingles, roof vents, skylight and gutters. The quality of their work truly exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual, respectful of our property, and extremely detail oriented. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all, of our questions. The team kept us informed throughout the project. The workmanship is outstanding and our new roof not only looks fantastic but gives us total peace of mind knowing the job was done right. The STEC team kept the worksite very clean at all times. I Highly recommend StEC Roofing for anyone that needs to replace a roof and gutters. Thanks again Edson and team for an outstanding job on our home. Rob

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Stec Roofing did on our home! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress free. They completely redid our roof and gutters, and the quality of their work truly exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual, respectful of our property, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the project. The craftsmanship is outstanding and our new roof not only looks fantastic but give us total peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Clean up was thorough, timelines were met, and there were no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and genuine customer care the way they do. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, look no further. Highly recommend!
