  You had 2 pipe boots and 2 750 vents. We have employees to pay, materials and marketing. $350 was a discount on a bandaid repair that we didn’t want to do in the first place. (And we said $300.00) We like doing things right. Which would be reflected in the higher estimate in the $3500.00 estimate. We aren’t a handyman company. We are a leading roofing contractor that does work right the first time. If you would’ve used us 7 years ago you’d not be calling us now. Because we back our work, we do our work right, and we don’t leave our customers hanging like your previous experience.

  I called this company and Brian came out and did the assessment and then he reached out to Terry who actually did the work. Terry was supposed to fix the leak in my roof, but it’s still not fixed. I’ve been calling their office every week for a month or more and Melinda will tell me that she will reach out to her contractor “Terry” and have him to call me back. I haven’t heard from Melinda, Brian or Terry and I explained that to Melinda and Brian, they haven’t reached back out to me yet. This is ridiculous and this is not how you should do business. They have my money and do not want to fix the roof, nor will they call me back. This is absolutely unacceptable. After leaving my review Terry and Brian came to my house for the third time on October 3rd to fix the leak.

  No Integrity, Dismissive, and Unprofessional Roofer! In March 2024, I hired Statewide Roofing Specialist to repair the roof at my office that had some leak spots. Terry Cribbs, the owner, came out, gave an estimate, and eventually did the repair. They finished the project within that day and was paid promptly after. In August 2024, Hurricane Debby came through Winston-Salem and I noticed 3 water spots on my ceiling tiles. I sent photos and expressed my concerns and requested someone come out to fix the leaks. After a few correspondences with Mr. Cribbs and a couple of times of "I will send someone out tomorrow, or this date" no one ever came out. It turns out, unless you get the 5 or 10 years extended warranty, which I did not, they will not follow up on their workmanship. Despite the NC roofer law, all roofers are responsible to repair any defective or improper labor of their work for up to one year. He did not honor this law after 5 months of the repair. Needless to say, there has been no communication with Statewide Roofer since August. I am posting this review so that if anyone is looking for a roofer, just be mindful that if you don't get the extended warranty, you might not get any responses from the owner. Hopefully, now that I have posted my experiences, maybe you will have a better experience and they will honor their work as they should. As a 20 plus years of a professional business owner, I stand by my work and Statewide Roofer, you should stand by your work and words as well. **Response to owner*** I paid you 100% of the balance. I will be happy to post your quote, paid check amount and check #, and email correspondences regarding the declined of the extended warranty that somehow you assumed I agreed to, to rejog your memory. You are not honest about the due amount of "multiple thousand of dollars" making this sound like it's a huge project.   EDIT: We paid Statewide Roofing to seal part of a rubber roof. Terry couldn't do it then, because there was a shortage of alcohol-based chemicals due to the pandemic. He promised to come back but never did. I'm rather surprised he responded to this post (below) because I called and texted him many times. It was part of a larger bill, but I estimate he owes us about $50. Review changed from 5 to 2 starts as a result (glad he is OK though -- I thought maybe he honestly died or something and still he was a very nice man). Statewide Roofing has come to our house twice to do some repairs -- basically "cleanup" on what another roofing company left out. I really wish we had gone to Statewide first. Terry was professional, explained everything, and spent A LOT of time with us -- nearly three hours the first day inspecting everything and putting together an estimate. This is BEFORE money ever exchanged hands and I was highly impressed by his professionalism. He communicates well (regarding things like appointments), his solutions work and are affordable, and he does the work himself. I'll be using Statewide for other jobs in the future. Together we resealed boots, fixed numerous mis-installed shingles, re-sealed a rubber roof, and patched some attic holes. I believe Terry would have been fine for me (the home owner) to not be involved, but I wanted to see how things worked and he was very happy to show me what was being done/why as the job went along so that I could learn. I trust him completely. Great value, too.

  i had hail damage to my roof Brian came out looked at it and verified it contacted the adjuster and handled all the paper work. Brain crew worked awesome and all my questions and concerns were addressed and handled promptly. great to work with him .Would work with him again with out hestation Charlie

  Statewide Roofing Specialist did an outstanding job replacing our roof here in Lewisville. From the very first inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was extremely professional and well organized. The crew installed GAF Woodland architectural shingles, and the finished roof looks incredible and really elevated the overall appearance of our home. Terry and Brian were both very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the materials, ventilation, and installation process so we understood exactly what was being done. The crew showed up on time, protected our landscaping, and left the property spotless when they were finished.   Brian and the crew did awesome job on my full roof replacement. I had a leak. The insurance also approved the leak. They fixed the interior and they got me a new roof through my insurance. All I had to pay was the deductible. He got me a 50 year shingle. That has a warranty back by the manufacturer. I recommend to friends and family awesome. Job own the cleanup.

  If it had not been for Brian, Statwide Roofing salesman, I would not have known that I needed to replace my hail damaged roof. He helped every step of the way. Contacting the insurance company, assisting the appraiser and setting up the work.
