  It took 3 calls to finally get someone to come look at my roof that is leaking on to the patio. They took my information and no one would get back to me. I was finally scheduled directly on my 3rd attempt. A guy finally did come the next day, checked it out, and explained to me what was wrong and even took pictures to show me. He said he would share them with his boss and the boss would get back to me. After 1.5 weeks I still haven’t heard from them. I guess they don’t want my business and I’ll be looking for another option. I shouldn’t have to make that many calls to get service. I also don’t understand all the good reviews after my experience.

  After our roof was redone we were informed by a plumbing company that our hot water heaters were not properly vented. We called State Roofing, they sent someone out to fix it. Less than a year later we were having the hot water heater …

  Hannah at State Roofing is a lifesaver. I was going through relocation for my job and got hit with “we need a full roof replacement” in under 10 days. Typical for Houston, we were facing down 10 days worth of rain. I reached out to several companies the same day and explained my situation. Hannah pulled up a quote within 2 hours and hand delivered it. Despite the rain, the crew got in within the time frame, did the tear off and replacement in less than a day. Would recommend!
