  BEWARE they have you turn in an insurance claim for storm damage when they know good and well there's no damage. Insurance turns it down. Your left with a claim on your insurance and they stop returning calls. This is what gives roofers a bad name. Do not trust them.

  Showed up on time and did a prompt inspection. Identified the problem and stated someone would be back that afternoon or the next morning to do the needed repairs, I was impressed. Called the following Monday and was told my call would be returned promptly. Four days later still no call. Have now hired another person to handle the issue and based on my experience I can only suggest looking elsewhere for dependable service. I am unimpressed!!

  State Roofing just finished our roof replacement. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, the estimate process, the efficiency, quality of products used, the warranty, and price. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with this project. The roof is beautiful, and with the clean-up, you wouldn't even know they were here.

  We have had a great experience with State Roofing for years. A couple of years ago, we needed to replace our roof due to hurricane damage. The first inspector we used from another company was unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. Thankfully, we contacted State Roofing. Josh came out quickly to inspect the damage, guided us through dealing with our insurance company, and got our new roof installed without any hassle! What really sets them apart is their ongoing customer service. Every few years, they reach out to provide a complimentary roof check-up. We just had Chase come over for our latest inspection. He went up to the roof, thoroughly checked everything, and even re-caulked a few areas to ensure it remains in perfect condition. We truly appreciate their top-notch service and dedication. I highly recommend State Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services—I’ve already recommended them to several people!

  ROOF INSPECTION FOLLOW UP AFTER APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION. ALL SERVICES HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT AND TIMELY. RESPONSE TIME IS EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

  In 2021, State Roofing replace our roof and downspouts after storm damage. They did a great job then and recently sent a letter (with "We installed the roof on this hom. PLEASE OPEN" on the back of the envelope). It was an offer for a complimentary roof inspection and roof tune-up service. The young man just finished and not only did he check the roof out, but did paint touch ups on flashing/downspouts. He even had to go get more paint. At the end, we were given a clean bill of health and a bag of pecan brittle. They were wonderful to work with in 2021 and still are.

  State Roofing is the only roofing company I will use in College Station. Josh walked me through the entire replacement process from start to finish, answered all my questions, was on time, cleaned up afterwards and has followed up with free checkups to insure quality. I am 100% confident if I ever had a problem, State Roofing will stand behind their product.

  I have been denied two times by the insurance company for weather related roof damage. I find shingles in my yard but I don’t have a problem! Tony Williams from State Roofing told me about the insurance appraisal process. He arranged for an independent appraiser to come and look at the roof. Tony said to be patient, it takes time but go through the process. Six months later, success! The roof is complete. Tony walked me through every step. He explained the recommended shingle. Help me pick a color. Told me where to find homes nearby that had that color shingle. State Roofing also arranges for new gutters. The office girl came out multiple times to help pick the color. We looked at the color at different areas of my home and at different times of the day. Tony explained how installation day would go. Don’t be home, we will take care of it. He did. I left for work, came home and it was done! The next day, same with the gutters. You don't know that there were workers at your home. No trace. No trash, or nails. Nothing but great results. Tony said trust the process. I did! I am thrilled with the results. Jonelle Wilkins

  I chose to go with State Roofing because they have a great track record and they are local. I was totally happy with State Roofing from the beginning to the end. The work was done, in and out in one day and I only found two roofing nails afterwards. That in itself speaks of the way they cared about the job, especially how thick my grass is.I have absolutely no negative views and only praise about how I was treated. A special shout out to Amanda. She was personable and was always patient with us and very explanatory to our needs and wants. Amanda led us down a new path, took us by the hand and secured a lifetime advocate for State Roofing. I highly recommend them. Mere words cannot express my gratitude and the house and gutters look outstanding. A lot of the neighbors and passerbys stop to comment.

  Had our roof replaced after the storms in 2025. We were very happy with the service, they were very patient with all of our questions and came out a few tiles to inspect and help us out. Tony was awesome and I would highly recommend there services!

  We no longer own the home having sold it to move into a senior high rise about seven years ago. State Roofing gave us a very fair estimate to replace the roof, performed an excellent job and clean up. My homeowner’s insurance didn’t agree to the total cost initially due to the steep roof of the house, but after John from State Roofing showed the insurance company their error, the insurance company paid the amount requested. A few months later my gutters and roof had minor damage due to a neighbor’s tree during a windstorm. State Roofing repaired the damage at no cost.
