  If the company can’t see this glaring sign in their faces, what important details are they also missing when doing work on your establishment? They either don’t have any respect for the customer or truly are ignorant to details directly in their purview.

  Kid driving one of their trucks ran through a stop sign and cutoff me and 2 others. Wouldn't advise reckless driving when you have your business name plastered all over your truck. Won't be using these guys.

  This experience was a mixed bag. The good: quick responses, fair pricing, and the salesperson Kelly was very helpful. The finished roof looks good, but it hasn't rained yet so I don't know if it leaks. The bad: the roofing crew literally removed a vent and then covered it up. Didn't ask anyone, didn't know what it was for, just decided on their own to cover up a needed vent for a summer kitchen. Also ripped the screen on the back patio. No one told me that those things had happened, but luckily I noticed them. It makes me wonder what else happened that I did not notice. Both of those items were eventually repaired. More bad: what a mess! I have never seen such a messy roofing crew, nails are literally everywhere even two weeks after completion, garbage, underlayment, shingle wrappers in bushes.

  The low rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the service received from Stanley Roofing on a single family home re-roofing project. Although the President and Co-owner, Dustin, was responsive and tried to address the issues, the sales representative and project manager acted unprofessionally and incompetently. There were several issues, such as the removal of chimney siding without permission, inaccurate estimates of plywood usage, poorly installed gutters leading to damage, and pressure to pay for incomplete and low-quality work. I had to handle replacing the chimney siding myself, even though the insurance company had approved additional funds after being informed. I was discouraged from contacting the owner, Andrea by the project manager. I found that to be unacceptable. After several attempts, I finally had a conversation with Dustin, who made some adjustments to the project. Dustin changed the reported plywood usage from 8 to 3, installed all new facia/ drip edge and removed / reinstalled new gutters. However, Stanley Roofing did place a premature lien on my house, which was contested and eventually removed. I recall the experience with Stanleys Roofing as stressful and time-consuming. While the owner may care about customer service, they are difficult to contact and employees don't seem interested in the same level of customer service. The letter of commencement was dated in June of 2023. The re roofing job on a 1700 sqft home was completed on November 17, 2023. The lien was filed on 11/14/2023 and removed on 12/19/23. The full payment was released on December 28, 2023.

  Stanley Roofing, although widely recommended from their great reviews, left something to be desired when it came to their work ethic and business management, including a driveway and yard full of nails and debris. The company was professional and courteous leading up to the installation but when the day of installation came everything started to go downhill. My partner and I couldn’t be there due to work, but when we returned home we found a massive mess left behind. Scraps of the old roof and nails were literally EVERYWHERE even after their “clean up”. On top of our AC units, in our rain barrel, and all over the yard and driveway. They also knocked over our tiki torches and solar lights, broke a floodlight, chipped the siding of our house and even left their own personal soda cans behind. That night we reached out to them and they apologized and offered to replace the floodlight. When day 2 came for them to finish the roof, no one ever showed up. The county inspector even showed up to look at their work and was unable to do so without them. I reached out to them and had to leave a voice mail. When my call was returned only then were we told that everything had been rescheduled for the next day with no prior communication to us. We are praying for the best, but ultimately disappointed with their service.

  I contacted them through their website and via direct email (twice) from a card I got from a friend... not even an acknowledgement answer... complete silence. My guess I business is way too good to accept one more potential customer.

  Great experience from start to finish! Ben was incredibly patient and helpful with all of our questions throughout the process. He checked in throughout the project to make sure everything went smoothly and seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Ben and Stanley Roofing!

  I honestly couldn’t speak any higher about my experience with Stanley’s roofing. I’ve had to put roofs on dozens of property’s and I’ve never had an easier experience than I did with Stanley’s. From Ben coming out and measuring, to communicating with Paige on the sale and permitting process, then Angelo contacting me and letting me know when the materials were going to be delivered, when trailer was being dropped off, and when the crew was starting as well as when the job was complete. It was a rush situation and they were able to squeeze me in. I signed the contract Thursday, the permit was pulled Friday, roof was installed Monday, site was cleaned out Tuesday and final inspection signed off on Tuesday as well. If you’re in need of a roof I highly recommend giving Stanley’s an opportunity. You won’t be disappointed.

  I can't say enough about Kelly. Getting a new roof ranks up there with car shopping and dental visits but she made the entire process as painless as possible. Great pricing, great communication, great product and thorough clean up.

  I don’t think I can say enough about Kelly and her team of installers with Stanley’s Roofing!! Very professional and knowledgeable and you can tell has been in the field for a very long time. The quality of the work was top notch and was on top of communication the entire time. They put my roof on in literally one day! Kelly is super nice and is an extreme asset to Stanley’s Roofing!! I know I will not need anything done to my roof after they just replaced it, for a very long time. I will definitely be recommending to anyone who asks to go straight to Kelly if they need anything done to their roof at all!! Thank you Stanley’s Roofing and Kelly’s team!

  I had a great experience with Stanley Roofing.. Kelly was very patient and guided me through the way. She gave me the listings of homes that had roofs on them so I could go and visit them and see the roofs in person. They did a great job putting on my roof. It looks fantastic. I also appreciated that they made sure they picked up all the nails. I would I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof.

  I wanted to take a minute to leave a review about the level of employees this company has. As they pulled out of a job site a few shingles fell out of the trailer and onto 441 in leesburg, the crew turned around and cleaned it up when they could have just kept going. Not only did they stop and grab the shingles off the road, they ran a magnet roller and made sure they grabbed any nails that were left. This small act shows the dedication of their employees and o do the right thing even when there’s a good chance no one’s looking. If your services are as good as your crews then I have no doubt you’re the best in the business.

  I have not had any service done by this company but I will say that they had shingles and nails fall out of a truck of theirs on 441 and they turned around and stopped traffic and picked everything up now with that care and attention to detail I can tell you that I wouldn't want anybody else working on my roof but these guys

  Great Roofing Company Ben was great doing business with , He was very helpful and professional. Our new Roof is beautiful reasonably priced and installed flawlessly. We would not have any trouble deciding who would do our roof again when the time comes

  Called several roofing companies. Only Ben Pena at Stanley Roofing delivered a professional bid in a timely manner. I appreciated the detail of the work to be performed, all costs were clear and up front. Any unseen costs would be billed at rates that were also clearly noted in detail. The dumpster and shingles arrived 1 day prior to the scheduled work crew's arrival. The work crew were extremely respectful of our property, the house, the livestock, and exterior perimeter (gated). Our roof has a steep pitch. Every member of the crew wore safety harnesses at all times while on the roof. Managers were on site for most of the work. Due to the extreme heat (and pitch), the work and clean up took an extra day, for which they apologized! Like they have control of Florida summers! I'd rather they take an extra day than end up sick from heat exhaustion. They left the property cleaner than when they arrived! Manager came out, cannot remember if it was Ben or Drew, to ensure the inspection paperwork was in place and that we were happy with the work. Yes, extremely happy. Gutter subcontractor came out after passed inspection and he also did a great job. It is the first time in 16 years that the rainfall did not overwhelm the gutter system (steep pitch)! I'm very happy about that too! In today's world of getting as much as you can without putting in the effort, this outfit shows that not every business is like that. They put their professionalism and work ethic into everything they have done for us. I have no qualms at all in recommending Stanley Roofing and their team for anyone's roofing needs.

  Stanley's Roofing is hands down one of the best companies I have worked with for anything related to work on my home. They kept the communication lines open both ways. The communications alone is a HUGE part in why I chose them out of 5 other vendors to replace my roof. I primarily worked with Ben Pena. He treated me as a fellow homeowner and not just customer which built a lot of trust. He didn't just disappear after he got the check either. The installers were also highly professional and finished the job in 1 day. I only found 1 nail left over, at the end of the driveway, which I suspect was just one that fell off their truck. All other trash was picked up. Inspections also passed with no issues. If you want a partner for your roofing needs and not just a customer/seller relationship, Stanley's should be top of our list.

  I was impressed with ALL aspects of this re-roof. The price was fair, the people delivering the supplies were on time and very pleasant folks. The roofing crew was on time and very considerate with their daily cleanup. I found NO nails afterwards as they were constantly cleaning during construction. The roof looks great and the new gutters and downspouts are simply perfect. I don't mind paying for a job when you trust that the company doing it will do it RIGHT without having to be monitored. If I am alive in 20 years I hope to use Stanley Roofing again. Thanks to Ben Pena is an excellent Project Manager by the way.
