  I had a terrible experience with them. Their salesman was particularly offensive. They left excess supplies on my property and the sales guy threatened me when I told them to remove the garbage.

  This is my second review due to being asked to take down my previous one. Mistake on my part! I have been dealing with issues with the “new roof” since they I installed it. The “20 year “ warranty is not true fine print shows the moment we have a named hurricane it’s void! So there went that! Roofing blames other people and other people blames roofers yet I still have an issue which wasn’t there before the roof was done! I had to resort to writing a new review as everyone is MIA in the company. I have a leak which I have had since the roof was installed I had it repaired by someone licensed but the leak is damaging the ceiling again. Roof says no more warranty as we had a named hurricane. Had a new company come out and verify it is a roof issue! No one takes responsibility nor are they helpful! Definitely don’t recommend the company at all.

  Ridge vent not installed properly had a leak and they don't have a repair crew was told on the phone to fix it. Also was told one year warranty contract says 2 years

  If you install roofing as recklessly as you drive, wouldn’t recommend. On i4 around midday, Feb 1st, I’m in the fast lane driving ten over the limit to get past an abundance of trucks, when this a hole gets right up behind my bumper and I can see him waving his hand to try to make me move over which a) was blatantly not possible as I was already going faster than the limit and in the middle of overtaking every other lane filled with trucks, and b) I don’t have to pull over because you want to drive 90. Insanely intimidating and reckless driving. I pulled over two lanes at first opportunity and he sped by going at least 90 before riding another persons bumper.

We have spoken to our field specialist about this issue so he will make better choices when behind the wheel of one of our vehicles in the future.

  I have given you guys so many chances to get it right, and yet you have not taken any action whatsoever. Secured Roofing did work on our roof in May. I went on vacation came back to find water stains above my living room/kitchen area. I immediately reached out to Ryan and he said he will have someone come out without scheduling a date with me which I thought was weird, well 2 weeks went by no-one showed then 3 weeks went by no-one showed up again, so I then contacted the office to speak to someone else and of course they got Ryan on the phone I explained my frustration again and he said he will have someone locally here in Fort Myers come out. Finally, someone came out August 2nd and asked has anyone come by I said no. He took pictures, went on the roof and said he didn't see any problems except for one part that was not done correctly. He assured me this time that he would take care of it. well weeks and weeks went by no one has showed up still, so I then reached out again and he said he's still working on finding an opening Today is now September 21st and I am still waiting.I also mentioned to him that the guys didn't leave any extra shingles while he was here in case something happens he went to his truck and left 1stack of shingles which I didn't check at the time until he left once I saw that he left pewter shingles instead of moire black I texted him to let him know that my roof has moire black shingles not Pewter his replied was okay and he left it at that as if it wasn't a big deal. I text Ryan last week to let him no that no one has showed up no response until now. It just poured here in Lehigh Acres and the previous water stains have spread and new ones have formed, and you tell me you don't see any issue on the roof. well of course you won't see it because the problem is covered with shingles. This is the last straw someone needs to come out and fixed this immediately. This happened in June we are now almost into October and you mean to tell me you are st

  They did work on our roof in May which took them 3 days to finish when roofs are normally done in one day. We were told that it would take one day but that didn’t happen. We already having roof problems. Contacted them regarding our problems no response for over 20 days plus. I finally contacted the office and told them I would be taking legal action because no one seems to care. Next, day someone contacted me. Oh it gets better! I just received a letter in the mail saying that I have been defrauded by the contractor and that I need to get a lawyer, contact news outlet, and filed a claim with the bureau. This is just the beginning guys. Stay tuned for more! Meanwhile do not give this company a dime.

  The letter circulating has no valid return address, no name of who to contact or how to reach this person. It is a letter by either a competitor or a disgruntled ex employee trying to smear a company with thousands of satisfied customers. We have also searched our records and cannot find a homeowner under this name.

  I'm honestly shocked by any positive reviews of this company. With the exception of the sales person who got us in the door every single person I have interacted with has been slow to respond or not responded at all. ZERO communication about when they will show up to actually do work. The roofers left trash all over our yard, flipped a switch on our pool pump that half emptied our pool by the time we got home, did not put flashing around our chimney, broke multiple solar lights and sprinkler heads, did not replace rotten wood, nailed an entire bag of roofing nails inside my attic - all around sloppy and unprofessional. We paid for gutters in November and they weren't even ordered until January. They sent MULTIPLE requests for final payment before the work was even completed. You have to essentially do their communication for them, they clearly don't speak to one another. We were verbally told that the first 5 sheets of plywood were included with the roof replacement but they charged $100 for every single one due to "unforeseen circumstances" as if they didn't expect my water damaged roof to have water damage?? Avoid at all costs. Maybe we just got a bad representative but ours was the absolute worst.

  Thank you for your feedback and referencing our positive reviews. We have built thousands of roofs for many homeowners. Concerns were raised and they were addressed by the crew with the roof passing final inspection. The roof didn't go on until the end of December so why would we put gutters up before then? We have time stamps on our communication showing prompt response from our office staff and usually received back very rude replies. Example: We reached out numerous times with the call going straight to voicemail and when asked for a better number this was the response, " That’s my husband’s number - is email or text that difficult for you all?" We do not give out free sheets of wood so maybe that was another company and have no way to verify as it was verbal if at all. There is a page in our contract for unforeseen circumstances as we don’t want to charge the homeowner more than we should. This was initialed by the homeowner and they were aware of it at time of contract signing. Enjoy your new roof!

  I would never use this company considering how their owner/employees are dangerously driving their company truck on the road like a maniac, cutting in front of me using left lane while I was waiting to go straight, seriously? Overly speeding, waving in traffic. How can you not be considerate or responsible to other people on the road become responsible in doing their job? I highly doubt it.

  I found a leak in the closet ceiling and requested Secured Roofing to inspect and resolve my issue. The team was amazing, honest and professional. They inspected my roof and said it's fine. They went into the attic and found the source of the leak coming from a pipe (house was previously re-plumbed). I was actually referred to Secured Roofing by another roofer who is no longer in business but he indicated they were outstanding. Thank you so much for helping us navigate this issue. Secured Roofing s now on my speed dial!

  Gina did an outstanding job at making the insurance claim process easy! Communication was quick and open. The crew did exceptional work and completed the work in a day! Grounds were left clean and roof-work is exceptional! You won't regret hiring Secured!

  I just had my roof replaced today, one of the coldest days this year here at Port St Lucie, The Crew was not deterred, they hit it hard from the moment they arrived. They did an Excellent Job. The Sales Representative Justin, was straight forward from the beginning very helpful and informative. I definitely recommend Secured Roofing & Restoration for any of your Roofing needs.

  Worked with Secured roofing restoration with replacing my roof. I was referred to Gina who came highly recommended. She was very patience and answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. My husband and I fell in love with her kindness and beautiful personality she showed towards us. She was on top of it in every inch of this process. She helped me pick my colors and let me know why it was important, she helped with all paper works and remind me when the work will start. The job was loud but Gina was very clear that the job is not quiet. The workers were all well mannered and made sure everyone in the household was ok. After there were done, the cleaned throughly like there was no construction at my house. They did the job in one day. I'm satisfied and happy with there work. Gina and the company did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them.
