We had a good experience with Home Pros Roofing & Contracting. Marcus came out to inspect our roof after we noticed a leak during a heavy rain. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was causing the problem and what needed to be done. I really appreciated his patience in answering my questions and making sure I understood the situation. They were able to identify the issue and take care of the repair. Thank you, Marcus, for your help and professionalism.

The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked us through the roofing process, helped us choose the right materials, and completed the roof on schedule. We recently hired Home Pros Roofing and Contracting in Apopka to replace our roof after storm damage, and we could not be happier with the results. From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, Marcus and his team were professional, honest, and extremely detail-oriented. Not only did they complete our full roof replacement on schedule, but they also repaired interior drywall damage caused by the roof leak. They replaced the damaged drywall, applied a beautiful knockdown texture that matched perfectly, and repainted everything so it looks brand new. What really stood out was their communication. We were updated every step of the way, and the crew kept the property clean throughout the project. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing contractor in Apopka who also handles drywall repair and interior restoration properly, I highly recommend Home Pros Roofing and Contracting. Five stars all the way.

Commercial roof leaks often start around rooftop penetrations like vents, exhaust fans, curbs, and flashing details. During this roof inspection in Apopka, we found visible cracking and separation around a rooftop vent curb on a standing seam metal roof. After checking the attic area below, there were clear signs of water intrusion and moisture staining on the roof decking and framing near the same area. This is why a roof leak inspection should not stop at the outside surface. The real issue is often found by checking both the roof system and the interior structure below it. Home Pros Roofing & Contracting helps homeowners and commercial property owners in Apopka and Central Florida identify roof leaks, failed flashing, metal roof issues, and water intrusion before the damage gets worse. If you notice ceiling stains, active leaks, deteriorated sealant, or damage around roof penetrations, it is best to have it inspected before it spreads.
