  Hi Matt Rouselle, we completed a silicone repair to your polyroof which we assume is no longer leaking since we have had no calls regarding warranty. You came to us asking to help with your warranty claim you started for your Owens corning shingle roof system that we did not install. We provided you with a quote and when additional services were requested we informed you there would be a price increase and at that time you rescineded your deposit and contract to perform the work. You were fully refunded at that time. We realize that we are not the roofer for everyone and that is OKAY. Our office reached out to the local Owens Corning Rep and provided you with the info you needed to continue that claim at no charge to you. We did not realize at first who this review was from because we have no record of a customer named Jake Happy. Glad we can clear this up and we wish you all the best in your roof endevors!

  In March 2023, I hired St. Lucie Roofing to re-roof my home with 5V metal roofing. On April 16, 2023, there was a heavy rainstorm, during which our formal dining room and back porch ceilings were leaking. St. Lucie Roofing came out to inspect and they found that their workers had forgotten to lay down blue tar paper in those areas. They accepted that they were negligent and repaired the damage to the ceiling and repainted. They refused to pay for the floor replacement as they said they couldn’t prove the water damage was their cause but I had told them that no other water damage had occurred. For expediency, I let it go because half of my roof was still not done. April 24, 2023, and Dec 16, 2023, the roofers were called about leaks from the ceiling of my son’s room. In the former, they cleared the drains as they thought that might be the cause and in the latter, they re-torched the flat roof. This October, my son’s ceiling began leaking again. They ran water through the top of the drain to the bottom and said I needed to replace my drains because they weren’t big enough. I had my general contractor run water through the drains just like they had previously done and they told me that the drains were fine. He took a video and I sent that to the roofers. The roofers then came over 2 days ago and flooded the balcony by covering the bottom of the drain. It flooded my son's room ruining his bed, and wood furniture, and it also hit his 3d printer. Juan, the foreman for St. Lucie Roofing, explained it would flood son's room if the bottom of the drain was clogged because the top of it wasn't sealed. This is why Juan’s recommendation was to seal the drain with a drain cover. He explained this to my general contractor who then said that they should have advised you to have those drain covers and to use different material for the balcony as it pools. This is not good since it should have a wood deck on top. They should have pitched the area in the balcony to the drains and ins

  Correction $200 for tarp and $200 permit - in these situations it is better to part ways before any work commences if we do not suit you as a company. We understand that we cannot please everyone and at the end of the day we are all humans. We wish you luck in finding a roofer that suits your needs!

  Live in Saint Lucie West in the Cascades house is 23 years old; no issues, but decided to replace the roof now. Choose Westlake Barcelona Buckskin tiles to match my Repose Grey exterior paint. Installation was done while I was away. St. Lucie Roofing did an excellent job. Office staff made the process very easy. Can confidently recommend.
