Concerning the review, I was asked by Google to review the company as I had an appointment scheduled for a roofing estimate. I contacted the company a few times and when I finally got a hold of them, I made an appointment for the roofing estimate. After scheduling the appointment and changing my schedule to accommodate this appointment, no one showed up for the appointment, nor did anyone call to reschedule. As such, the one star rating is based on the above experience. Hope this review helps the company to be more committed to their scheduling and that of their prospective clients.

Good value, good price, poor communication skills, not professionalism, not realistic requirements, end up using a different company just because This company lack of honesty And respect. Update: Contracto private message, using obscene words described how he knows the law and how the bank is wrong about it. For posting initial comment contractor treated me with a lawsuit. Definitely wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy.

Here are some factors why Mr. Sanchez is upset about us and claimed that we don't know the law 1) We find out that he is already under contract with another roofing company and permit is already been issue from building department , even with that he wanted to sign with us and screw the other roofing contractor, not a very professional way to do it. 2) He want us to start his roof with not down payment , sorry sir , we need to buy materials and pay our employees 3) He want us to sign a document ( release of lien) and give out all our lien rights , in another words if he don't want to pay later he basically can. 4) Other contractors are having the same issue with him , very problematic client overall , our campany values won't let us work with this type of clients , all our clients are super happy when we finish every job from that point on they become our friends and part of our company family and we alway stay behind our work and help them as much as we can Definitely anyone reading this stay away from Mr. Sanchez and Ocean Health & Life agency

We recently had our roof completely replaced, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first conversation through the final cleanup, this company exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was professional, dependable, courteous, and incredibly detail-oriented. They clearly explained the process, answered all of our questions, arrived exactly when they said they would, and kept us informed throughout the project. The crew worked efficiently, treated our home with care, and kept the work area remarkably clean and organized. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and it’s obvious that the crew takes great pride in what they do. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire project was completed efficiently with minimal disruption to our daily lives. Finding a contractor you can truly trust isn’t always easy, but this company delivered exceptional service, excellent craftsmanship, and a genuinely stress-free experience from beginning to end. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company that stands behind its work and truly cares about its customers. Five stars without hesitation—an absolutely outstanding job!
