  I would not use this roofing company again. Unfortunately there were very key issues with these guys. #1 and I think the important thing is communication they didn't know when the crew would show up or start. I even talked to a supervisor that told me he didn't know where his crew was (how is that possible) the crew randomly showed up to work on the roof, even after calling and asking for a heads up. #2 the company left unused roof tiles stacked up by the front door ( why not ask were they can leave them or just put them on the side of the home). #3 damage left behind by the crew, I have black tar hand print on the home, some sort of red colored spray left on the exterior, dead grass areas where they washed out something with red stuff left behind, a broken ortimental tree. (When pointed out, guy on site he shrugged.) And the roof point over garage is so off center, morter joints already cracking(tile roof). Seems like attention to detail and communication is not their strong points. On the good note the sales guy that came out to sell the roof made me fell like I was in good hands.

  Had Alex come out for a quote on my roof. He came out. I had to leave because my wife was in the emergency room. He said he would call with the price. Months went by and no response. Called again and explained to the office that i never got my quote and again months went by and no response. Customer service is nonresponsive. Can't imagine if I had my roof done and there was a leak. Very unprofessional to not respond to a customer.

  they stole my social security number and used for some of their workers and when I notify them they claim it was payroll company fault and they hang up. Stay away from people who commit fraud.

  I scheduled an appointment and I had to call the office to see if someone was coming because the estimator didn’t show up at the scheduled time. The office receptionist said they would call to get an ETA. The estimator called 25 minutes after our meet time to say he had a emergency and would have to reschedule. My time is very valuable as I had to drive 62 miles to meet. When I told him that I wouldn’t have time till next week he proceeded to elude that the issue is on us because we didn’t use a previous estimate over a year ago. I said that’s our choice to proceed when we are ready not his and he then told me we are getting off on the wrong foot and to find someone else. I called the receptionist back to explain how rude he was and if the manager wanted to speak to me they could call me. She tells me he is the owner…..no business or recommendations from our company!!

  I was getting a second opinion on a roof repair, so I called PDK Roofing and explained my situation. Another company had already come out and told me I needed a $1,500 repair, but something didn’t sit right with me, so I wanted to be sure. While I was on the phone with Dee, I also shared what’s been going on in my life—my wife was just recently diagnosed with leukemia, and we’re preparing to sell our home. I told him I needed to make sure the leak was properly found and fixed so the next homeowner wouldn’t have to deal with it. I’m just trying to do the right thing. After hearing that, he asked for my address and said, “Give me 10 minutes, I’ll be there.” Sure enough, he showed up in 10 minutes. He did a water test, and within another 10 minutes, he found the actual source of the leak. It wasn’t even the roof—it was the conduit housing cap on the side of the house. He showed me exactly what was wrong, told me how to fix it, shook my hand, and said, “I hope your day gets better.” He didn’t charge me anything. That meant more to me than he probably realizes. In a time like this, with everything going on, that kind of honesty and kindness sticks with you. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation like the other company tried to—but he didn’t. Dee is a good man, and it’s clear he runs his business with integrity. That’s rare these days. I never leave reviews but a situation like this compels me to do so because this company deserves it. I highly recommend PDK Roofing.

  Highly recommend PDK Roofing!! 10/10 service! I got my roof replaced with a metal standing seam. It looks so amazing!!!!! My pictures don’t do it justice.   Best roofing company ever! They were professional from the beginning to the end. Dee and his team are outstanding. They clean up everything, no nasty dumpster in my driveway at all, they haul it away. Black metal roof installed and it's soooooo beautiful! I certainly recommend them hands down, you won't be disappointed!
